Been playing this a lot, gotta say, I love it, the wicked stress of doing the city manager stuff is driving me nuts but I love every second of it.

I just loved the studio previous game, and have had my sights set on this one since the reveal (plus, that's basically my dream game setting), but there aren't many reviews out there, and that's a shame.
I've so many games to play that it'll sit in the backlog for the moment, but yeah, that comforted me in the idea that this game will be a welcome addition to my library.

More along the Lines of Industries of Titan than Frostpunk
I knew it! The moment I saw this game it gave me frostpunk vibes, no wonder why if they got inspiration from it. Definitely be picking this up soon

Surprised to see this in my feed as it is on my wish list since I liked the demo on release. Nice to see this pre-release review.
I would like to get to this game later, as lately I am very well immersed in Against the Storm - also quite unique game, though not space like the games you tend to play the most :)

Deep space 9 instead of stationary station in front of a worm hole it moves about.

Reminds me of Startopia
I would recommend it too, but there are some logic faults:
* you don't get more solar energy while closer to the star!
* you must mine Hydrogen for reactors instead just splitting the water!
* you can't really colonize other planets except story one?

Sometimes, we wish there's a cryopod to stick the wifey in when we game.
looks really cool, i almost want just a collection of the cutscenes
they are just gorgeous! and best of all i think they are done in engine because they are all done with your version of the station with the upgrades you have done, that or they rendered ALOT of options!
Well, this looks like everything I love and want in a game. So thanks for a great review! I'm off to Steam to buy it!

Been playing all this week and at chapter 5. Truly a marvel. Has minor issues and bugs, but I still rate 10/10. Gonna keep me busy until FP2

haha, to be fair, it was time for a break and shes a gamer too ;) shes a keeper!
So wise. How about don't ignore your significant other and other personal responsibilities for a game - unless you wish to lose them? I'm a gamer but I've dated gamers who have done the above and it was not a healthy relationship to be a part of. Yes we all have days where an 8 hour binge is inevitable but when it becomes daily, that's your responsibility to get control of, not your partners. Show respect to earn respect.

thank you from France! difficult to find a real complete test of the game and there with the automatic subtitles I was able to understand and give me an opinion. I don't have a lot of money and can't afford to buy a game that just looks good. so a big thank you. and sorry but I'm not going to go through your link because to support the developers I'm going to avoid the gray market and go to steam ^^ otherwise I might as well tweak it lol

i didnt say no spoilers, also the prologue has been played by many and seen by many in nearly all the media for this game since announcement, so please dont, i went out of my way to avoid many things
@@KenetorTV Also....the Prologue gets spoilered by the steam page itself when it dirctly states that DOLOS isnt the only one to survive the prologue. If it wasnt meant to be obvious that things went extremely wrong very early on...the steam page does a very poor job of presenting that.
The title says minimum spoilers... Minimum is not zero.... Common sense really... @Kenetor is not at fault here.
