Vir was always one of my favourite characters on the show. He was us, the normal person dropped into the middle of all the political wrangling, the plots, the lies and the conspiracies and trying desperately to make it through without losing his morals or his life. I especially loved the moments when he started to show some backbone like helping the Narns escape from the war or finally working up the courage to backchat Mr Morden. I also loved it when he tried to express his sympathy towards G'kar even though he knew G'kar would just throw it back in his face. He still felt he had to say it even so. Vir had such wonderful character development and it was a joy to watch. R.I.P Stephen Furst.
Wonderful! Peter is a man I could listen to all day long, and his reminiscences about Stephen Furst are hilarious. We've lost far too many of the B5 cast, but I am grateful we still have Peter with us to continue his fine acting in other shows, and to remember his lost friends and times on Babylon 5.
Stephen Furst was brilliant as Vir. He took a role that could have easily been a one dimensional character and made him into a wonderfully complexed and relatable person that could make you laugh, cry, and in general care about.
Guys, what you're doing is so cool! Peter Yurasik is one of the best actors of the series, thank you! you warm my soul, I hope you will be able to invite someone else to the podcast, besides Peter and Claudia. I'm from Russia and I love Babylon 5

Tonight I raise a glass to all those who have passed beyond the veil.
