    I decided to post this video after there was some interest in hearing about how I've become a healthier person and also lost some weight.
    In the video, I forgot to say (but stuck on at the very end) that I've lost 10-12 pounds since starting this plan on Nov. 1, 2011. I don't own a scale myself, but I knew what I weighted before I began, and I had access to a scale during Christmas, so that's my estimate :) I've also gone down a dress size, and overall, feel so much more energized and healthy which is the most important thing.
    Thanks for watching, and I hope this have you guys a few tips on how to become a healthier person! I want you all to live very long, healthy lives :)

    Thank you for this! I'm a person who always says I'm going to change my lifestyle and I do for about a week and then give up.. but recently my health has gotten to the point where I find it hard to function even just getting out of bed is hard and this video has given me the motivation to change for good!!

    Ugh this is my life! I'm almost back at my biggest 😢 &I'm really sad about this so this really resonated with me so thank you! Please do an update!
