RUclips needs to have a way for people to vote on whether a Thumbnail is clickbait or not. A lot of creators don't want to lower their standards to creating clickbait thumbnails.

If my videos can be dubbed into Spanish automatically (even if I need to make sure they are correct) that'd be a game changer, as most people don't like to read subtitles anyways. This concern should be easily addressed by RUclips with an algorithm that considers a percentage of subscribers or viewers who hype the video rather than just raw numbers.
