    Thanks Wendy...your coaching tips seem to fit my experience level well....
    I haven't done down hill swimming yet but if that helps give me better balance I will use that technique.
    I swim without kicks but end up doing a little two beat flutter kick to quickly regain my balance.
    Recently focusing on correcting asymmetrical strokes...started extending right arm further and rotating
    a little more enabled me to bilateral breath much easier. I like your drill tips on using correct muscles
    glutes and quads and creating that feel to know when the motion is correct. Thanks again. Lee

    Do you still coach
