@@ThorenBradley what supplements you’re taking and which ones you recommend. I’m currently just taking greens in the morning, protein when I need it and of course some pre workout. Just wanted to know essentially if I was lacking anything. So yea thanks for the info.
Well you know I just tried to make sweet potatoes like french fries and they never worked out with and then I put them in the air fryer what I do is an old yogurt container a big one keep your old yogurt containers the big ones and then you put garlic pepper salt paprika and even some synonym and a tablespoon of oil and then the air fryer finally like french fries better even
I work out for the beauty of my body I'm lucky even at 62 I build beautiful it's just a challenge cuz I have this health problem I love the power of attraction
No I love rain too but I lived in the rainforest in Hilo and I didn't like it and up in Washington State I love the rain it produces ionization there again negative ions which creates euphoria
Well you do know yourself yeah cuz we get most of the other vitamins from our diet those are the essential ones do I like my nuts and almonds but I started eating the healthy food and started to lose weight I got up I died on too much comfort food
