Late to the party.. but so great to hear about hunting and butchering your own meat. I grew up hunting mule deer and elk and we butchered all of our own meat, ground our own burger meat. That is what we ate, wild game, veggies from our garden and mashed potatoes and gravy lol. Even as a woman, I loved it.

My wife and I go every weekend to a farm in NJ to get fresh killed poultry, lamb, goat, rabbit, or pig. Mostly poultry for normal weekends but bigger animals for holiday family gatherings. The taste and texture is completely different than grocery stores. Perfect for chicken soup on a cold day. Unbelievable nutrient rich. Come to Manhattan for your vacation destination!!!
Once a week leg training is enough if you go heavy: squats, leg press, and stiff-leg dead lift. Lunges for shape. Don’t forget calves. Rare guys have good legs or calves.

The worst part of winter for me is not seeing the sun. I have to get away in winter to someplace sunny for a few weeks or I actually start to feel ill. I actually found you on Facebook, and used you as an example to my women hating husband. So I'm a stay at home mama, very traditional, I cook / clean and cater to my family, it brings me so much joy. I also dream of living off the grid, I do what I can in the city to grow some food here and there and I make mostly everything we eat from scratch. I'm literally in the kitchen ALL DAY LONG. 😆 I take care of our babies by my lonesome, I have to do all the housework on my own, including the work that traditionally a man would do. My husband, works, which I am VERY thabkful for, and comes home. That's it. Oh & he listens to women hating podcasts. ALL DAY LONG. Just on phone all day long and I mean ALL DAY LONG. He can't be bothered to even take out the trash because he's so engulfed in his ragey content. i liked this video. would you do some low impact workouts? would you do guided yoga meditation. you have a calming voice. i have adhd and the other voices for that just irritate me, and i cannot focus. im an army veteran with core injuries and i have to becareful not to hurt myself more. i know how to modify exercises for my injuries to not hurt myself. but there is unlot of low impact workouts that are not actually low impact.
I dig it. We raise all of our own meat animals and butcher everything ourselves. The exercise talk was cool too. The wife and I used to train a shit ton and now we're up into the 40's, but I'm probably in the best shape I've been in in the last 8 years. I like compound movements, the same shit three times a week, less than ten exercises. I knock it out and get to work. I used to enjoy working out more when I was younger and was a top performer, lots of hard miles, but now I do it because I hurt like fuck if I don't workout and only hurt a good bit if I do. 😂

Just curious, you said white tailed deer, what state do you hunt if for your deer, or did you just mean to say black tailed? I've been thinking about going on a backpack trip in the Big Sur area with my bow with the idea of maybe getting lucky and finding some pigs, this vid was a good inspiration to make that happen. Being primarily a bird hunter you only bring in a couple meals at a time, need to start going after more big game. You make some pretty cool content dude!
When I get a haircut I say “ 1 on the sides, little longer than finger length in top, blend it. I usually ask them if they have fat fingers, if they do I tell them “finger length”… kidding.

I've been thinking about going on a backpack trip in the Big Sur area with my bow with the idea of maybe getting lucky and finding some pigs, this vid was a good inspiration to make that happen.
