I just learned something from " Your German teacher ": to form sentences with "zu" we can put the question "What/Was?" and for "um...zu, " the question "Why/Warum?".

Ja, das stimmt :) If you have a look at the last translation from Mark, you can see that difference between what and why very clearly.
