    As a student, I have to say that these 30 min workouts are so convenient and easy to accommodate in your routine and yet you know that you are getting an intense workout and being pushed to your max..can't thank Caroline enough.!!Have a happy workout everyone!!

      I have to admit it irks me when people call her an influencer. She studied to help people be their best selves, not to make people look a certain way. No false promises, no 'do this and look like that'.
      Also, my butt is on fire just standing here typing 😆🔥🔥🧯

      And that's why her workouts are so good and effective. Designed to get the best out of the targeted areas and build them up, not just a load of exercises put on RUclips for the sake of feeling a burn.

    Hi everyone...I’m really looking forward to working glutes and hamstrings today and to getting out my glute band again! Hip thrusts are promised and we know how much we love those!       Hello Matthew it’s 11 PM back here in Costa Rica 🇨🇷 and I’ll be happy to “smash” those hip thrusts tomorrow morning. My sprints or tomorrow so I’m really happy that that leg day is today. As usual having fun and loving it. Have a great day and a great week!

      Since I started working out with Caroline (started from day 5 lol) I'm getting up earlier because I just wake up naturally... Its no longer 'sleep sister of death" but recharge before another workout

      @@jagodahroboni haha I started to see much difference in my body after I started lifting weights. It was difficult when I started the EPIC II program. Some days I just didn't want to do one more burpee or lunges but now it's a different story. The strength I've got mentally is so much more than just my physical changes.

Knowing there is a new workout waiting for me each day makes it so much easier to jump out of bed! I appreciate her dedication so much that I give her my dedication to her workouts right back as a thank you.

      Literally after first time of leg day I was not able to walk properly but simultaneously I was happily enjoying that pain which kept on reminded me my efforts on that workout... so let’s smash this together....let’s go👍🏻

    the way she kills me is so peaceful. When doing someone else's workout, i feel anxious because ive gotten so used to caroline's calming workout videos. Like im dying but still its so peaceful?? idk i still struggle so much but at least she cares about the form not the speed, yk?

      This is so on point. I like the silence, it's peaceful but the workouts are intense.

      I also like the slow, controlled movements as opposed to trying to do as many reps as fast as possible like some workouts. I think that’s why I enjoy weight training WAAAY more than cardio lol.

    I like how Caroline gives a 6 min. glute activation before beginning the workout she's so thorough, most have you do that on your own. Very lucky to have her in our sphere.

    Excited for this week and looking forward to RDLs in the morning! Last week I coupled the Heat workouts with 5 days of biking for a total of around 60 miles and I feel great. Caroline's workouts have made me both stronger and more motivated.

    Looking forward to doing this tomorrow! I can’t believe I’m really getting through Heat. 🔥
    Many months ago, when I first stumbled upon your videos, I could not complete a workout without breaks. I remember my first workout I had to stop halfway through and finish the following day.
    I had to train myself for a couple months just to be able to start working out with you (and now I’m here and so ready to continue on this awesome journey).
    You definitely win the prize for making us feel the burn! 🥰 Thank you.

    I used to struggle to feel the hip thrusts and such in my glutes, but am happy to say that my mind to muscle connection today was strong. The only downside was that my lower back felt the RDLs probably too much. Still working at my form. Loved the first 1/2 of this workout especially.

    All I can say is.... I freaking love you! Wow! This program is changing my life! I FINALLY finished a workout on day 11!! I started this program because a friend posted about you! She stared your work outs because she had daughter diagnosed with cancer and this was her "out".
    You truly are so kind to share your talents! You are real!!!

    There’s always that one exercise that is just so tough! For me it was the one legged hip thrusts! Wow what a killer! Anyone else? As much as I loved this workout I wish it was longer, sooooo on to the next workout! Happy Monday everyone! Thanks Caroline!! 🌹

      Those one legged hip thrusts are killer!! And just tough to do. I definitely could not get my hips up as high as I could for double leg at that point!!! My legs and glutes were about dead at that point. Gave it all I had tho! Haha. I added on the 'Hard-working Hamstrings' RDL workout afterwards. It was a perfect pair to the workout. Loved it all.

    Glad that I decided to go for a less heavy weight as I had got and injection in my arm today and it’s quite painful to move but I got through it! I also don’t have a band so some of these didn’t feel they were doing much but I’m still sweaty and my legs feel worked!!!!! Thank you Caroline and well done everyone for completing this👍🏼💪🏼🙌🏼we got this

    Yesterday I did an 8k (700m high) uphill hike in the beautiful Desierto de los Leones in Mexico City, I am happy to say that neither my knees nor my back hurt and today I completed the training without any problem.

    Word of advice before startin this workout, Stretch!!! Be intentional and do dynamic stretches/one of Caroline's warm ups and also do not forget to do some deep stretching once you are done.

      @@matthewalmond4688 Yes, bands are deceptively hard, targets all the lesser muscles, I can sometimes get a better burn from them! My arms just needed a break from the weights, will wait a week or so before I start again. Will be practising my sprints in the meantime!! Have a great day Matthew!

    Really enjoy these band days, Opted for 25kg and 17.5kg DBs today and it went well. Must say I still find the chair work incredibly challenging with 25kg balancing on your hips, after a while the burn is so intense. Love Sumos and RDLs especially. The mat segment was a great opener and the band finisher , well, some of those just threw petrol on the fire I already had burning in my legs. Looking forward to tomorrow I just know it going to be a class session.

      Totally agree Anthony the mat section to start had my glutes shouting at me. You just don't realise how hard they are when you read the description. 🔥🔥💯. Great the get the band out again. You just have to remember to focus on the knees! 🤔🥴. Looking forward to tomorrow. 👍

      Hi Anthony...sounds like you’ve had a great workout! Yes I can imagine balancing 25 kg for the hip thrusts! I had 2 x 8 kg weights and that felt hard! But I feel it’s the glute band that really gives the intensity in a workout like this! I’m glad you enjoyed the starter and the finisher...I just loved these parts!       @@nikolinajosipovic7611 Hi Nikolina! Thank you!😊 Today I used 2x 13,5 kg and it was o.k. Normally I used 10 or 12 kg (sometimes 8,5 kg depenting on the workout). Agree, agree ... we'll feel our poor glutes tomorrow 😉🤣. This one is an amazing burner ... you'll feel the finisher (it felt like never ending 😉)🔥🔥🔥. I'm sure you'll kill this workout when you do it!       Yes you said ouch i undestand how you feel ,im always feel the same ,so challenging Caroline 😅.we not knowing to sleep sure 😆activated whit this workout ,,so short rest we having,,but im doing both lower abs too ,and what not doing much time ,,standing abs whit dumbells ,,huh now i say im eneough tired and satisfayed🤣.Im sure you rock this and you feel the same your muscle targeting .Happy and relaxant rest day i whis🤗💦👋💣🦵👏.

    Everything is vibrating!!! To be frank, I woke up feeling really sluggish and not at all ready for a workout mentally. But I still did it because I knew that 1, it would help me feel better and 2, if I skip a day, I will still have to do it another time, so might as well do it today. WOW I’m sweating so much haha! This was absolutely fantastic, it reminded me of why I love glute&hamstring workouts so much. I used 4kg for the bridges to be able to keep my form (I still needed to take pauses tho😠) and 6kg for the sumo squats. I really pushed out my knees for the last squats😍 thank you Caroline for giving me a sense of purpose once again and making me work so hard, I really loved it!🤩

    I thought those hip thrusts were never going to end!! Loved it. Did it this with a 25kg barbell, 12.5kg dumbbell and a 24kg kettlebell.
