Hi, I'm so happy to hear that! You are right, there are also different boxes - red and grey. I noticed that grey could be made of glass or plastic. I believe that these pumps should fit. There is unfortunately no clear answer on the website. It only says that Zwilling pumps will fit only for Zwilling fresh and save collection - both of them belong to that. So this is just my guess 🤔
I hope this help, I live in japan and the slimmer one is the newest one while square one is 2021 model. Just like this awesome video said both will work for fresh & save series. I don’t know for others detail difference, but the main difference is the charger for slimmer one is directly on its body, but for the square is in the separate cap (it’s come in set) People tends to buy the square one because it’s have cap for hygienic purpose. (Some also buy it because of it’s sleek design) But honestly I kinda like the slimmer one because 1. The charger is directly on it’s body, 2. It’s easier to grab due to it’s slim body. Some people have quite inpatient when removing the cap on the square one and some of them is quite unlucky that the cap/the charger get crack when falling or squeezed by other item. Hope this help

Hi, Does the container seal all without the vacuum device? Most containers have clips on the side. My intention is to bring it to work but it defeats the purpose if the container (left overs) doesn't seal properly without the vacuum.
Vakuum hält nicht eine tolle Idee, leider hält das Vakuum nicht! Die Deckel gehen wieder nach nicht einmal einen Tag wieder auf. Hab einige Glasbehälter die ich mit einen Zwilling Handvakuumierer vakuumiere. Die anfängliche Begeisterung ist aber nach einigen Monaten dahin. Vakuum hält nicht.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It worked for me in the last 2 years. Then I got small cracks in some lids (actually in the beginning of 2023). I went to Zwilling shop and changed them. It works great again :) it is sad that you cannot simply purchase parts by Zwilling, that would be helpful
The button on the bags say "push", is that a direction for using the sealer? ("push down on the sealer?"),😉 or do you literally push down on the red button after sealing?
Thanks for this interesting point! yes, it says 'push after sealing', but I do it all the time without that as I showed in my video here 1:27 . I just checked it again, and it you cannot actually press it. But at least it is working without that :)

Hi, that would be a good option, but it's not possible to seal the container 100% without the device. You have to take it too 🙈
