you realize that expensive doesn’t equate to more kids right? there’s 4M nashville homes with only 3 bedrooms because there’s some people that have kids that already are adults and want a home that doesn’t involve guest rooms. if anything what are people thinking building 5+ room houses when they barely get taken up besides 3 times a year for events and parties, holidays?

With that said, this home does have a much larger lot, a private pool, and a separate prep kitchen, which all add up.
