okay so I've just had my boiler serviced but now it won't heat our water, the heating works, just no hot water, i then turned on our thermostat, and it has the fault code A21, any way to fix this issue?

Try removing the batteries and reconnect the thermostat

Mine just flashes saying OFF when I turn it. Nothing happens

Try turning off the power to the boiler and start again
