Hi there. Thank you. Unfortunately, I don't have a rootable android phone. The phone I have is a bootloader locked Samsung note 20 ultra. Hopefully in the future I can get my hands on a phone that I can root.

I used local adb(without pc)
and whenever i use adb shell cmd package install-existing it gives me file not accesible error know any way around this?

So, you're using a terminal on your phone?

@@TuTiToo I'm not sure about that one. You're not rooted, so, the terminal on the phone won't work as you want it to. That's why a pc is a must. Never done it on a phone.
