Easiest succulent to propagate and grow - Mother of thousands (Kalanchoe laetivirens)

Kalanchoe laetivirens grows so well that I recommend keeping it in a pot otherwise it will grow like a weed. It also also toxic for pets and children.
It can tolerate overwatering/heavy rain better than other succulents but keep it out of direct sunlight!
