Help! For the last month. One leaf at a time has been shriveling and turning brown. What could be wrong?

Thank you for watching our video! If the plant is kept outdoors in full sun during the summer, this succulent may be drying up and needs more water. If the plant is soft and turning brown, it could be that the soil is not draining well and the plant may be rotting. Check to see if the soil has good drainage and water the plant when the soil is dry. When watering, make sure to water until it goes through the drainage hole.

@@saya6899 it grows plantlets at the edges of its leaves. You can pluck one off and grow a new plant for yourself. Or...you can cut the top off of your mom's plant and stick it in a pot with dirt and water after a week. Thoes are the easiest methods. Third you can take a leaf off of the old plant (if theres no existing plantlets) and keep it ontop of some moist soil and it wil grow plantlets along the edge of the leaf and those will root into the soil.
