Kyoto Vlog 2023 🇯🇵🌸 2 days in Kyoto & Arashiyama ✨

We have been waiting to come to Kyoto city for sooooo long! This was a weekend trip for 2 days and 1 night in Kyoto and Arashiyama. We were super excited for this trip because we rented some kimono/yukata for the weekend. Super nervous about wearing a yukata in Summer. We were right, it was TOO HOT lmao. It was much more enjoyable during winter!
Anyway we were so in love with Arashiyama. The bamboo forest was overrated but the town itself was DREAMY! It was so so beautiful especially next to the river in summer.... so many Japanese couples in Yukatas and also people kayaking in the river. It was quite the sight. Definitely worthwhile to visit this cute town.
Sadly this is our last Japan vlog as we've now relocated to Vietnam!!
