  • Most American drivers would be okay with technology to prevent speeding in their vehicles, according to a new survey from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.

    Only for teens and those that have several traffic infractions. Oh, and for the drunks that the judges keep letting out of jail/prison.

    Lets say you're trying to escape a bad guy...you need that speed. Or you need to get to a hospital fast. Computers are not smarter than humans. They are machines.

    So if this happens, what would happen due to the loss of speeding ticket revenue? Maybe raise the a tax on us on something in our lives to make up for the loss , and well then we all are now paying a speeding ticket of sort 🤷‍♂️ Ask California what they plan on doing with the loss of revenue with the gas tax due electric vehicles ? THEY ARE PLANNING TO TAX EVERY VEHICLE ALLEGEDLY FOR EVERY MILE DRIVEN. They implement something like this believe it something will take the place of the loss revenue for speeding just saying.

    Stupid it's just another thing that will go wrong and probably cost thousands of dollars to repair
