This was such a good block. Cartoon City in general was a great era. I remember spending time after school with my friends watching Code Lyoko, TMNT, KND, and a bunch of these other shows. It's a shame they got rid of it, I'd like to see it return, like how they did with Toonami. Heck, I wouldn't mind seeing the Fall era return, even if it wasn't as good. I miss good action cartoons.

Oh man all the nostalgia here. I know I commented on these bumpers before, but I've been missing this part of my childhood a lot lately. This and Toonami back than were amazing. I remember getting super into Teen Titans, Totally Spies, Static Shock, Code Lyoko, and Xiaolin Showdown in high school. This was a fun concept for their line up. I always enjoyed the character designs and I do remember that "make your own alien" contest quite well. I remember getting a little jelly at the winner even if I never submitted anything myself just because it must of been pretty neat to go behind the scenes of everything. Gosh it was fun coming back home to put this on tv. I am too a bit sad that they didn't have a proper send off for these. I also always loved the idea of living in that underwater house......looked like a cool place to be even without all the other characters.
They need to bring back all the old cartoons and bring back Cartoon City along with it. They can still air some of the good current cartoons, but I also want the old ones back with Cartoon City

I agree. Nowadays. Anything on the network has to be a comedy, as action cartons are usually restricted to Adult Swim (via Toonami) or are aired on time slots when kids are not watching. Also, shows made in-house by Cartoon Network get more priority over shows obtained, as shows like Sonic Boom end up getting a bad time slot with little-to-no advetising.

So this era was right after the death of Kids WB because Static Shock, TMNT, and Yugioh use to be on there channel before they were assimilated by CN.
