Literally in tears because I just remembered your first day on your way to the Gym after baby Ezzy, that pep talk on the car changed my whole perspective about my mom body and it definitely motivated me to start loving on myself by going to the gym and changing my eating habits, wasn't easy, let me just say that but I thank my Lord and Savior for you and your ever encouraging Self care and Soul care moments. You definitely helped me pushed through even when I wanted to quite. I went from 206 Pounds to 181 Pounds in almost 4 months.

Thank you for this, Maya girl!!!! 😭❤️ Last year, I started my fitness journey but then gave up after two months because I didn’t see any results! Now I’m the biggest I’ve ever been and feel so disappointed that I gave up. I have to learn that eventually I will see results and just keep going. Like you, I don’t recognize myself anymore and I need a change. As a new mom I have had the same struggle and still do struggle with the fact that I gained the most weight I ever had after having my son. girllll find this bone broth brand called bonafide! they have a lemongrass chicken bone broth that is made for sipping! you heat it up, I've found it in the frozen section at Whole Foods!- I add a bit of sea salt and it's actually enjoyable🤎
With the both broth you can heat it up and season it up like soup. Or use it as a base for your homemade soup or sauce

I'm glad you made this video, cause you've been looking so good girl😍 Try making your own broth with bones so that you can add all your favourite ingredients like ginger and garlic to make it tasty but you need aome type of slow cooker. I promise you it can taste so good😋 and it's good for gut health.

You should try to change it up if you can and only have a carb snack before your workout, like rice cakes and then After your workout have your high in protein breakfast/shakes. You should see a difference in performance as the carbs provide energy💪🏽❤️. Lots of protein after the workout within a 2 HR window helps with recovery and repair.
I’m so happy you saw my comment 💕☺️☺️. Also! In regards to you drinking that broth for protein lol, look up Isolate protein powders. Isolate can be mixed with straight water! No smoothie or anything, just water. Those usually have about 20grms protein. God bless you and I hope this helps you.

also what i do is make the bone broth into a soup. i drop two eggs in it and make like an egg drop soup and i just add some garlic salt and its really good and high protein 🤌🏼

Loving your journey! Literally had me weak drinking the bone broth! Try heating it up! It thins out a bit more with heat and should taste like a soup lol! But if not, like you said “protein ain’t never that deep!” 😂
Bone broth is not good to me either. I've seen some girlies recommend warming it up or adding salt to it. It was a hard no for me.

Maya girl I use the chicken bone broth, heat it up and add boneless, skinless chicken breast and eat it for lunch. If you heat it up and add some veggies, chicken or turkey it taste so much better. I’ve lost 30lbs since February 1st ❤

I commend you for trying the bone broth straight! Try warming it up like you would bottle and then sip it.
Bone broth you need to heat it, drink it like a soup in a cup if you want but never cold.
