Hey family! We’re so glad to be back with you to share love and light with all of our supporters/ subscribers. We kicked this channel off introducing you to our baby girl and talking about the pregnancy, birth experience, the highs and lows of parenthood, and marriage. It’s going to be a ride! We are so glad to be back and grateful for our platform that gives us permission to express ourselves creatively and turn every experience into story that hopefully helps somebody somewhere. God called our family to inspire, empower, impact, educate, and positively influence generations of our brothers and sisters GLOBALLY and so this is our answer. A lot has happened over this past year from getting married to having a baby, and moving into a dream home that we felt it necessary to create a family channel that glorifies Jesus through our lifestyle, marriage, and careers. Some of you have been keeping up with us on Maya’s channel @Maya Prosser-Graves and some of you know us through JaVaughn aka Von Graves but by popular demand we present to you The Graves House channel. This is just the first step to the vision God gave us years before we got here but it's been a positive one nonetheless from gainining over 10,000 subscribers in less than 4 weeks to garnering over 100,000 views in our first 4 videos. I really love you guys and I needed this one. I've been in spiritual warfare over my marriage for almost 2 months now. We celebrated 1 year of marriage and everything went downhill after that. I've been having a similar experience with the dreams well mostly nightmares. I pray that it stops everyday but it's just been getting worse. I was ready to throw in the towel and stop trying when this popped up on my feed. ❤

Thats crazy because me and my husband were both having weird dreams as well recently, and I notice when we would pray together, the enemy would try to attack us at night. Thank you for speaking on these things, because many of us in God ordained marriages are being attack heavy right now. You guys truly give me hope on top of The Lords works. I’ve been separated from my husband for about 5 months. We’re 22 and 24 . Just had our second year anniversary on the 25th & We’re going to be back in the same household soon and I can truly say God has been handling me ok! Showing me what it is to not only be a great wife, but doing everything with a purpose. You guys truly show me what a foundational marriage should look like. I love 💕 this pod cast. I do RUclips and I noticed my channel is growing slowly, but just listening to this podcast and all the tactics that the enemy is trying to use against us to see if he can get us to crumble. It’s so true Maya and Jevon you guys are amazing and Jevon. I also wear contacts and glasses because I was born visually impaired. I lost some of my eyesight when I was six and people ask me how can you get around and your world is blurry and I tell him I don’t need to see to know where I’m going I’ve learned to get around not being able to see yes it’s hard I don’t have good days that often but I am glad that I can say I am learning how to get back to being with God and reading my Bible every day. Keep up the good work you guys are doing an amazing job.😊❤

I’m not married and I question all the time What if I’m not meant to be married even if it is something that I really want. I have learned to trust God and know he has the pen writing my story. If it’s in his will for me not to be married then so be it. My pastor reminds us all to Not Do Life Alone and build community. Even if you don’t have a marriage partner or a boyfriend/girlfriend, it is important to have community so that you will not do life alone. Stay blessed y’all 💜

Scripturally everyone isn’t meant to be married. Marriage is beyond companionship and more about the overall goal of fulfilling the destiny that God has for you/ completing your assignment. Some people’s assignments do not require marriage like Jesus or the apostle Paul. They are called eunuchs Matthew 19:12 speaks on that.
