Thanks David, as you say the plots were starting to repeat themselves I can't understand how Chip didn't pick up the Admiral straight away when he basically didn't show any emotion about loosing the Captain when really the Admiral in his own mind would of at least got his friends body back and moved Heaven and Earth to do so. Love your show it's so entertaining.😄

In an alternate reality Admiral Nelson reviews the annual expenses for the Nelson Institute for season 3. $500 million in annual expenses for the institute of which $495 million is allocated for weekly repairs to the Seaview. After which Nelson files for bankruptcy and shutters the institute and retires to a small tropical island.

You know I’m in to the props Dave, so did you notice the Lost in Space disk rifles painted yellow? Also, if I ever get cracked in the head with a cantaloupe, sized rock I hope I recover as fast as that guy did!!! See you in season 4 and Happy New Year!

    My thoughts on this episode
    1. Interesting that they chose to have one of the few espionage episodes for the season finale of season 3. Could this be a sign for the direction of season 4? We shall find out.
    2. Wow! For once they left the circuitry room alone.
    3. Of course they have Nelson do something illogical knocking out Kowalski, it makes it more fun.
    4. Captain lee got brainwashed before so now it’s Admiral Nelson’s turn.
I’m looking forward to the final season. Your reviews, episode walk throughs are entertaining, sincere, logical and humorous.

Hang on - HOW are you going to confine Nelson to his quarters when you just destroyed the lock on his cabin door? You'll have to throw him in the Brig!!

Great review Irving; you're entitled to a well deserved break now! Not a bad episode but, as you said, lacking originality. In my opinion, overall, season 3 was the weakest of all 4, injecting much banality into a formerly great show. I think season 4 was an improvement but it would still have its share of clunkers, bringing lower ratings. I've read that 'Voyage' got a 4th season partly because 'Land Of The Giants' was delayed. I don't know how truthful that was but 'Voyage' was a tired show by this point and no doubt ABC was likely thinking it had run its course. Enjoy your break, Irving and see you soon! 👍
