I’ve been continuing to read on the manga, and my hope is that when guts and Zaw has a final showdown, we get to see Zod’s origins on what he sacrificed
Besides leading the attack on the Witch of the Forest at Griffith's command, Zodd has never really done anything evil besides cutting down men in war. We never see him enjoy killing helpless women & children or even eating people. Somehow, the Apostle we've seen the most has never shown the cruelty of most Apostles.
Personal theory is that Sonia’s prophecy to Zodd wasn’t meant for the battle against Ganishka Or maybe more, than that , especially seeing his face of reluctance in following Griffith’s ordered in the latest chapter Might be hinting to Zodd betraying or doing his own thing again
I always figured Zodd would’ve originated from somewhere near the Russian Steppes. Kind of like the Kurgan from Highlander. I always saw a lot in common between them.
Miura’s (the man who created Berserk) real life best friend and his team is continuing the Berserk manga with Miura’s wishes in mind before he died. His friend explained how he’s not going to add or take away anything other than what Miura himself wanted.
Miura disclosed to Mori exactly gow he wanted Berserk to end so we will pretty much get the concept of how he wanted Berserk to end. Of course it will mot be as intricate as Miura would have wanted but the basic idea of its ending would be laid out for us to perceive it as Miura would have wanted it
After Guts left the band of falcons and bevor the eclips, he told Casca, that he found out, that the only thing, he can live for and makes sense to him, is his sword. So the dream he found for himself was just find stronger opponends and become a better and better swordfighter. Sounds familiar? If it wasent for the eclipse, Guts literly would have followed the path of Zodd
What if Guts, Zodd, Skull Knight and the girl join forces. Omg they’ll be a force to be reckoned with. Guts will need help to destroy the God Hand itself. Something strange has to happen that the God Hand never predicted. Hmm 😉
What if skull knight is Guts? Perhaps a future version of Guts who is still trying to correct the events of the Eclipse through time and space, challenging the outcomes of the causality.
I always think to myself what was stopping zodd from killing Griffith ? A prophecy ? A story his “bosses” told him. What does it make zodd if he decides right here right now i have this fool here on the ropes and can break his spine bane style x10 and does. The last god hand is killed instantly before his birth. No soul available to receive the invite by the god hand. But above all Griffith has a barrier or luck/ protection making arrows move mid air to avoid him, yet there was NO getting out of this one. Zodd beat the odds of the chosen one by pure power and that should be noteworthy. Maybe zodd making such a out of character move like caring about the last god hand or being scared of them as a warrior makes me think that was Griffith god hood outright brainwashing monsters to fear and work for him
I think it’s more along the lines of zodd not caring about the big plans of all the entity’s in beserk, he is their straight to his word and only wants to fight/delay the fight for a better one in the future, so I can actually see him almost becoming that nanny to femto like we see with griffith riding him, just becuase wherever Griffith goes, the most powerful is usually their
If Guts physically is a bodybuilder gigachad warrior 6'9 with 255 pounds who kill demons with "a thing very long, high, width, thick, heavy, strong and rough for being called an sword. More well is like an massive pipe iron in his back. " I can't imagine how he look if he became a demon. Could kill Zodd, Grunbeld, Locus, Irivine.
I definitely think Zodd was nearly as blood-thirsty when he was human as he is apostle. For some reason I bet he had a wife and daughter whom he sacrificed. His apostle form lacks nearly all human-facial remnants, even his base form looks beastly too, it seems like his apostle form was closer to his true self than whatever love could make him stray towards family. He will never abandon Griffith, as long as he's stronger. Hopefully Guts cuts his head off.
Sooo stretch but you said part of the skull knight? Maybe he’s the skull knight’s inner beast manifested and given physical form. Maybe the same could happen to guts.
Zodd is an antagonist that is respectable. Evil as fuck but has honor. I feel Zodd will play a role in Femto's defeat
I kinda think so,too.

And here I thought it was the band of the hawk this whole time.
BAND OF HAWK!!!! BAND OF HAAAAAAWK!!!! How do you mess that up?
I think he does it on purpose for the comments
He's older than Void. Let that sink in. He's so old, he's seen another set of GodHand. He's outlasted them all.
There’s no official ending for this right cause the artist died?
Yes, in a sense, but it's being continued by an amazing acquaintance of the creator! So we should still get a worthwhile ending.
Miura’s (the man who created Berserk) real life best friend and his team is continuing the Berserk manga with Miura’s wishes in mind before he died. His friend explained how he’s not going to add or take away anything other than what Miura himself wanted.
@@AnbuKeyBlade jus saw there was new chapters up till dec 2022 so I’m very happy will have to break open my special edition vols an do a reread
Miura disclosed to Mori exactly gow he wanted Berserk to end so we will pretty much get the concept of how he wanted Berserk to end. Of course it will mot be as intricate as Miura would have wanted but the basic idea of its ending would be laid out for us to perceive it as Miura would have wanted it
1:57 band of the falcon?
After Guts left the band of falcons and bevor the eclips, he told Casca, that he found out, that the only thing, he can live for and makes sense to him, is his sword. So the dream he found for himself was just find stronger opponends and become a better and better swordfighter.
Sounds familiar?
If it wasent for the eclipse, Guts literly would have followed the path of Zodd
Akama zodd
Why does that look like Akuma from street fighter in the thumbnail
23:08 is such a sick panel. Zodd and Guts team up. thanks Miura. rip
What if Guts, Zodd, Skull Knight and the girl join forces. Omg they’ll be a force to be reckoned with. Guts will need help to destroy the God Hand itself. Something strange has to happen that the God Hand never predicted. Hmm 😉
The girl?
I forgot her name lol. The one that talked with Zodd when they showed his backstory
Zodd is my favorite apostle in the series next to Irvine. Much like my favorite SF character Akuma, dude just wants a damn good fight. Lol
What if skull knight is Guts? Perhaps a future version of Guts who is still trying to correct the events of the Eclipse through time and space, challenging the outcomes of the causality.
I always had a gut feeling that Zod is Gut's ancestor, related by blood...
Beserk is so sureal it feels like it dose not belong here but at the same time it dose
Griffith is Ky Kiske while Guts is Sol Badguy.
Seth Rogan doing this voice-over is fire
Ha! Truly
Thanks dude :)
OMG , MORE of Berk Please!!
Zodd is guts' biological father. I doubt my mind can be changed.
That's what I think too
zodd bloodlust is truely terrifying. it sucks that he choose to serve griffith like a personal man horse.
Sweet, my favorite berserk character
If only every apostle had a back story spin-off
Band of the falcon?
After seeing the latest comic I wouldn’t be surprised if he actually turns against Griffith sometime in the future
Imagine, a Berserk mmo like classic wow
Berserk whoohoo!
Maybe zodd making such a out of character move like caring about the last god hand or being scared of them as a warrior makes me think that was Griffith god hood outright brainwashing monsters to fear and work for him
I think it’s more along the lines of zodd not caring about the big plans of all the entity’s in beserk, he is their straight to his word and only wants to fight/delay the fight for a better one in the future, so I can actually see him almost becoming that nanny to femto like we see with griffith riding him, just becuase wherever Griffith goes, the most powerful is usually their
But if I’m right then that leaves a question of has zodd fought all the apostles and if not why? Doesn’t he want to fight?
Awesome video
"BAND OF THE HAWK" & "HAWK RAIDERS"
If Guts physically is a bodybuilder gigachad warrior 6'9 with 255 pounds who kill demons with "a thing very long, high, width, thick, heavy, strong and rough for being called an sword. More well is like an massive pipe iron in his back. " I can't imagine how he look if he became a demon. Could kill Zodd, Grunbeld, Locus, Irivine.
stroke
@7:45 it isn't the "band of the falcon..." but rather the "Band of the HAWK" :)
Nosferatu ZOOOODDDD!!!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I gave up 1 min in when he said band of the falcon
Nosferatu zodd is Michael Myers true form
Sooo stretch but you said part of the skull knight? Maybe he’s the skull knight’s inner beast manifested and given physical form. Maybe the same could happen to guts.
Zodd might be Guts actually blood related father
This Zodd guy looks like Akuma....alot. 4:57
What if skull knight and zodd come
From a different continent like
Greek?
I just wish they did the series jusitce by animating that shit better.
A platoon of 500 men?
How does that work
So no one is gonna mention he called them the band of the falcon?...
