Actually if you look at the Buku Format, the element is still listed under SF0109, but so far I haven't seen it being asked. So to answer your question, I cannot say no. All I can say is that it is usually not asked in Physics (Based on 2018-2020 KBSM Trial Papers and the available KSSM Trial Papers).

You can take half the value - 4.25A. We can read up to half the smallest scale reading.
