I did this last year after seeing this video and others on RUclips and it is very easy to make. I even kept some small jars for seeding this year. I harvested my first round of honey, so will be making this using last years honey. Thanks for sharing! 😊🐝

Do you have to heat it /cool it to kill the yeast ? will it separate back out?

Looks amazing, but I think he should work on the consistency a little more. I've seen honey that could could spoon out that wasn't dripping at all like here.
I'm wanting to get into making our own creamed honey.

In South Africa there is unscrupulous traders, mixing honey with other stuff. Adulturated honey does NOT cream... So creamed honey is your guarantee of 100% pure honey!!! AND really expensive
