Sorry, but that cyclist on his phone was hilarious and I severely enjoyed watching his face smoosh into the back of that van. Karmic justice at its best. I love the reaction too "How did this van suddenly get here?"
4:33 was not the minivan's fault. The lane to the left clearly doesn't continue, as a median is in the way, and the driver had to rapidly accelerate to cut off the minivan to the right. This accident was the fault of the person recording.
I love reading the cammers try and explain how it wasn’t their fault after we just watched them cause the accident. “I was on the wrong side and was hit by a car who was on the right side but it was his fault. They should have known I was gonna be on the wrong side and let me go. They got impatient and just went where they were supposed to go and hit me.” I can hear them trying to explain that to their insurance company and see the agent rolling their eyes while typing “our insured driver at fault” hahaha. Guess you gotta give it a shot!
It's a tragedy that grown adults can't take responsibility for their own actions. I guess that's what happens when you're brought up on the notion of being "special".
17:51 what do you all make of this one?!? I don’t understand how it went from a break check to a rollover crash in to a tree?!? And how did the cammer know the 2 cars chasing him, from behind, were stolen?!? It literally looks like he did it all to himself! 🤪🤷♀️
The wipers were set on "intermittent." I think. Several cars that I have driven had a “mist” function of the wipers. Moving the wiper control lever up causes the wipers to swipe once or twice. In a hard frontal collision the car will pitch “up,” which perhaps causes the wiper lever to bounce “up.”
On most newer cars, along with the airbags being deployed, the car automatically turns on the hazards and the wipers. Some also dial 911. All those are safety features.
@@111chicane Since I had my phone Bluetoothed to my car, when it was rear-ended it called 911 and gave the location of the collision, then connected me to the 911 operator. And turned the hazards on. And turned the motor off about five seconds after the car stopped moving from being slammed by a RAV4.
@@algrayson8965 Every time you call 911 your location is sent to them, unless you opted out in your phone settings. Some cars will cut off the fuel pump when crash is detected to prevent fuel spillage and fire. Others, like BMW will cut off the car battery for the same reasons.
I find that throughout these incidents the “not at fault” drivers are almost always either driving much too fast for the situation or press on into a confrontation that they absolutely should not have. It makes one begin to understand the concept of shared responsibility.
I’m from Chile. Watching this videos made me wonder (at first) if all of you guys drove like that🤣 I used to think “hummm…they just don’t brake when they are not at fault” (do this drivers enjoy being in court?)
@@cogotexx I know you said it was at first, but I must say this: when watching *crash compilation videos,* that's what you get; you don't get the many hours and days of video where nothing happens. Just like you might order one food; you do not expect the wrong thing when you order it, but it might still happen, just not very much.
3:46 The cammer was 100% at fault. That was lame trying to blame the other driver, who was in the right lane, and saying that they were "impatient." They were right and you were wrong.
Agreed. The cammer already said he was on the wrong side (and blamed pedestrians for that), then blamed the other driver who was on the CORRECT side of the entry. The cammer should have at least been looking.
yeah he could have waited on the pedestrians and pulled onto the right side of the exit or just waited for the car blocking him to go, but he chose to be on the wrong side and turn too tightly on the other car.
I'm a cyclist from Brazil, but these videos helped me a lot on how to behave in traffic and how to be careful (bad drivers exist anywhere, especially here where people are badly educated).
That’s one of those clips that makes you wonder why it was posted by the people on that side of the encounter. “Hey, look at this video of my dad cutting off another driver and causing an accident. Cool, right?”
I feel like both people are at fault here. More so for guy that pulled out. Guy obviously pulls out in front of cammer but cammer has time to stop and just doesn't.
@@gumaboss1426 well spotted. That is a Give Way (Yield) to traffic to the right and is found on roundabouts. The tree, in the centre of the junction, is the centre of the roundabout. There was no traffic to the right therefore he didn't need to give way (yield).
Love how a lot of these aggressive drivers decide to swerve into others cutting them off rather then slowing down or moving a little in the other direction. Almost wish people who purposefully swerve into those drivers would also get a ticket.
its because a lot of insurance states that hitting a vehicle in front of you makes you responsible, unless you can prove with hard evidence that you aren't (dashcam). its one of the reasons why people still try to brake check semi trucks - insurance fraud!
It is most likely to do with the phenomenon of whatever you are looking at, your control movements will direct your vehicle in that direction. It is the most noticeable on a motorbike, which is why your instructor will say, whatever you are looking at, your bike will go there. Professional riders/drivers have training in fighting against this primal instinct, and look for the gaps to go for, of which you mention. A good civilian instructor will teach you a little bit of this if you are lucky, but most drivers/riders don't understand it and fail to receive the training. Often people call it [insert obstacle here] magnetism. eg: Tree magnetism, whatever.. when you panic, you are filled with adrenaline and your eyes are focused purely on instinct to identify threats. Whatever you are looking at, unfortunately, your vehicle is sure to follow.
It's a flight or fight instinct dude. You think you have all these neat little plans of what to do in these situations but when it actually happens, your instincts take over and you do what is natural. You fucking swerve. Giant baby bitches wah wah.
9:45 To the offspring: No. Your father failed to give way, stopped, and was then hit by the person he should have given way to. Your father is 100% at fault. Stop making excuses for him.

Man the more I watch these videos the more respect I have for a lot of these truckers. These folks more often then not show excellent skills and avoid doing some major damage
Nope, your rates will go up. In AZ they convinced the voters to go with mandatory car insurance, to get the cost down. Bull, it drove costs up. Once they have you by throat, they will never let go.
They're a curse tho man!!! as soon as you get one, accidents and weird shit will start happening!! I hear stories from people that never even witnessed a car crash, or had one in person in their lives "buy and install a dash cam" , then not even 10 days later they've caught 3 accidents on them!
20:08 this guy was actually really smart stating the make and model and the license plate of the car that hit him in case it was a hit and run,, i never would’ve thought to do that. props to him.
Everything out here has to accommodate the lowest common denominator. 100 IQ is not the bottom of the scale. It's defined as the center. In theory half of the population is above 100, above average. One-half is below 100. Yet if not distracted a person with IQ = 70 is smarter than AI. Self-driving cars - full self-driving - to the degree of “To the office, Jeeves,” are nowhere near. AI’s advantage is that it never gets distracted, never has a mind-blankout, its “eyes” never blink, it can see in as many directions as it has cameras. It “learns” by experience - not only its own experience: by the combined experience of all AI-controlled vehicles.
I've seen so many compilations like this that the accidents don't really bother my anymore. Whenever I see a motorcycle in the shot though, my heart sinks. The ones at 22:55 and 23:42 made me gasp out loud. This video had a lot more motorcycle accidents than most do.
@@Curtfj That accident was 3 strikes and you're out of the ball game. upon running into the back of the car he somehow got launched into the side of that trailer, then before he even hit's the ground he gets hit by his bike and then it looks like he might have gotten run over by the rig. If it wasn't on video I wouldn't believe it.
He sadly died on scene. Cops spotted the biker well over the speed limit two separate times prior but ended pursuit. Please be more careful out there my friends. I feel bad for the driver of the truck as well…even tho he did absolutely nothin wrong, he might live with the fact he was involved in someone’s death..
One time I was riding my bike about 18mph down a street, and out of no where a bus sign pole appeared. I hit it so hard it bent both forks on my bike and broke my left handlebar shifter. Tore my pants as well, safe to say that was an embarrassing ride back home.
As a new driver I feel like it’s important for all new drivers, and experienced, to watch these kinds of videos and learn from them. From running red lights and drunk driving to not signalling and checking blindspots before a turn and all of the above.
Yup yup. These videos are good for getting a feel for what might go wrong when everything seems fine, and can let you react just that much earlier. Also note that the brake is not an automatic "safety" pedal
Was thinking they could make it part of the driving course to have everyone watch 10 min of video and write down all the bad driving infractions they find. If they do not get at least 50%, come back in 3 months and try again!
It's one of only things that ever got me out of a ticket. I had been pulled over for speeding (I was), when another car hit the state trooper's car. The other driver kept going. The trooper tossed my license and paperwork back in my car and told me to slow down and "drive safer than that asshole", then tore off after him.
@@christopherconard2831 I too have received a “Don’t drive like that a-hole” warning, but not for speeding. I just happened to be talking with a motorcycle officer who was parked at a school when some guy flew past us in the school zone with kids present.
7:52 almost felt like a movie scene, complete silence, beautiful sunset, and the sudden crash makes the car slide on its side with a 360 landing then on its wheels and music. awesome clip, hope everybody came out safe!
11:19 They weren’t “letting” the car pull out. It’s law to not block entrances/exits, just like you can’t block intersections, so that people CAN leave. It’s on them if they decide to pull out without checking.
This was me on a different clip haha I was like “oh hey those apartments look familiar. Hey that auto shop looks familiar. Hey that closed boarded up Payless store looks fam….THATS MY STREET! Holy crap haha!” 😂

Just want others to know that if they do the same to always have multiple narcans. Since basically everyone is on fentanyl, more often than not 1 narcan simply isn’t enough. I’ve had to use 5 on one man bc he wasn’t waking up. Also, remember, if you’re comfortable to, also do CPR and tilt their head back while administering narcan. Their chances of making it through go up hugely when doing as such. Again, “aufer oal” is a god send. ❤️❤️
yeah, no matter how much of an ass the driver behind you are, if you stop and get hit, (if you don't have a reason to stop, like an accident happened infront of you and the road is clear ahead) then it is YOUR fault, not the driver behind. if you breakcheck then you should pay for the damages, the car behind honking is never an excuse, so screw that guy.
The ones that always crack me up are the "I was just driving along minding my own business when..." clips that have all of the context leading up to the situation left out. I know that I constantly have people coming at me with bats in multiple cars all of the time for no reason whatsoever. It happens all of the time! /s
And on thr opposite end of the spectrum tell tou about when they called to make the doctor appointment they were at before they went to the grocery store and were on their way home when this happened.
He actually rats himself out when he admits brake checking them, and then driving intentionally slow, and blocking them. I'm glad he wrecked his car. Too bad they didn't put those bats to work.
They were driving stolen cars, and were probably about to try take his. Sounds like he drove like a twat, but the other party are definitely the worst one here.
25:17, if you have a reaction time this piss poor then you shouldnt be driving... Of course that vehicle shouldnt have been there, but literally every lane was free and its bright out, whoever drove that SUV shouldve been able to react WAY sooner...
18:45 has the nerve to ask us who's at fault when it clearly shows them running a red light. Also looks like the car didn't even look left before turning.
yeah what a Tard. Was thinking the same thing. yes he probably slide right through it because of the snow/ ice but that just means he was driving to fast for road conditions and that's illegal. Not to mention running the red light. LMAO
@@larabradley5898 Depending on where you are, turning right at a red is legal, so long as it's safe. So turning at the red wasn't by itself "running the red", but failure to look and make sure it was safe to do so was a bad move on their part. I say 80% semi, 20% right-turner.
@@KieferSkunk HOWEVER, before you turn right on red, you MUST come to a full stop before making the turn. The van DIDN'T make the stop (and since it was red on their side, they should have had plenty of time to make that stop even on snowy/icy roads) so the fault would be mostly the right-turner, if not 100% their fault.
@@Roccondil That is true. I hadn't accounted for the apparent failure to stop. Then I'd say 50-50, personally. The truck may have been speeding and had no reasonable chance to beat the red on its side, and the car blew right through its red for the right turn. If either of them had obeyed the applicable traffic law for their side of this, the accident would have been avoided.
45:17 … it never ceases to amaze me that people, to this day, still drive in the snow and ice like they’re driving on regular roads. They’re just crazy!!! 🥴🤪🥴
I went to work one snowy, icy morning, the second day of it snowing and the previous day's snow had frozen underneath the fresh layer... On my way to work, I saw THREE rear-enders. People driving like it's mid summer. IDIOTS.
Driving east to Ottawa out of T.O. on the 401, following a bus doing 70K in a snowstorm. I was comfortable at that speed with new snow tires and was 250Ft behind with the drivers side wheel in the buses left wheel track in the snow. The bus slowed and i downshifted to 3 and then coasted to a stop feathering the brakes. Had popped the hazard light while i stayed now about 50 ft behind the stopped bus. A gent was helping get someone back onto the road and then ran back to his car. My drivers window was even with his headlights. Then three bangs as 3 SUV's running close together hit him and then each other, so fast and hard, the third suv was ahead of me. All 4 vehicles written off and the older gent in the new Caddie had to be airlifted because of a broken pelvis and shoulder as he had only gotten back into his car and had not gotten the seat belt fastened when they hit him. Slow the hell down when you , cannot see, raining too hard, snowing like hell, foggy, just do it for the family member you may kill if you don't!
People tend to see what they expect to see and a vehicle between the lane lines pointed forward looks like just another car going down the road. If you ever have to stop in the middle of the road like that then put your car at an angle so it looks "wrong."
Hard to tell how much of a crest the bridge has too. Looks like they might have just been over the top, so might not be able to see them till its too late.

16:48. The guy says he got rear ended at "The full force of 50mph". Not at all, dude. That car damn near came to a complete stop before hitting you. If that was 50mph, it would have been much, much worse.
20:21 I was behind this and I sat in traffic 2-1/2 hours to go 5 miles, to get around it. When I got there, many DOT men and 2 fork lifts were still picking up plywood from the road.
The way that car went through that electric pole just imagine if that was a person standing on the side of the road. That person wouldn't have stood a chance.

So I'm always watchful for them, never want to be that guy who cause a death. I've bought a camera for my Moms car just in case. Love your videos. 👍👍👍👍👍❤🇺🇸
IMO driving a motorcycle on the public roads is gross negligence with a grave disregard for human life -- the rider's. I drove a motorcycle (Yamaha DS250) 1971-76. When the motor seized the second time @ 70 mph, I took it as a message to quit while I was ahead.
I was in tears laughing at the dude texting on his bike. I love those clips! I have to admit though, I too have collided with a few things while texting like door frames, stands, and a pole ( the pole incident was embarrassing but hilarious) I was just lucky that no cameras were recording when I was the dumb texter. Lol
Legend has it that if you are in a fender bender in Staten Island NY you have to immediately get out of your car and have a guido fist pumping dance off to figure out liability.
One of the few times where the car pulling out may not be at fault or only partially. The car passing on the left was clearly doing so outside of any legal lane and arguably partially in the oncoming lanes. The fact the camera was stopped as well as the cars behind indicate traffic was stopped likely for a stop light. If the case, then the cars behind the camera weren't stopping to let someone out, but having stopped were insuring they weren't blocking the business entrance. Its interesting
I like how many of the dashcam videos have the GPS coordinates at the bottom. You can enter those into Google Earth and see exactly where the accident occurred.
4:46 - Cyclist/Van faceplant. Funniest footage I've seen all year. 9:50 - "She beeped and then rammed my dad's car" Also 9:50 - The driver of the Zafira failed to indicate left, then failed to yield at a roundabout to trafic on the right and then brake-checked an approaching vehicle causing a crash.
Exactly, a horn is not going to cause any physical damage, but braking would. It would have been better to just go, or pull over when there's space to the side.
11:15 "see thats why you don't let people pull out you numb nuts." no lady. that's why people driving should not be absolute idiots and actually stay in there lane and not driver over a area on the road where they are not meant to be.
The funniest bit, the cars that stopped to let them do that stupidity. They left a huge gap , just so that person could make that turn and the car they hit was driving over the painted median because of that gap. Lmao
@@Ran_Out_of_Floor I could see a case for giving the person pulling out of the driveway a small amount of the fault. The corner around the far stopped car was blind, so they should have not assumed the way would be clear. But yeah, the person driving in the median was quite obviously breaking the law by doing that, so they maintain most, if not all, of the fault. And yeah, cammer's comment was ill-informed.

16:55 Mark, the car behind you didn't hit you "full force." They WERE paying attention and hit their breaks impressively fast. Honestly captions should not be included with these videos since half of them are just the cammers attempt to make it sound like everything was someone else's fault.
4:17 I believe the person with dash cam is at fault. The sign says merge right which means they are the ones who were supposed to be merging. Plus you can hear them trying to speed up pass the minivan 1st. Minivan had the right of way considering it was already in the right lane. 4:45 Hopefully that biker learned something that day.
yeah I've been to that intersection and its a bad design. imo there needs to be paint on the road to indicate the left turn only. in any case, they both stopped at about the same time and the guy was clearly trying to beat the van. and changing lanes is illegal in an intersection for this reason.
13:10 car who came out of parking lot didn't wait til clear, car coming toward cammer swerved toward the middle of the entire road to avoid him but the turning driver hit him anyway as he entered the left lane on the cammers side of the road. The truck would have been fine if the car didn't run the red light making the truck try to slow down as his light was changing to red. The truck was at a point where the light was changing and he was too close to the intersection to jam on his brakes and try to stop. If the car didn't do that he would have been through before it was red. This was the cars fault.
@@Ryan-re1rs Are we talking about the one 18:42 because it's like 95% the truck's fault. We can see the light is yellow at the beginning. Plenty of time to come to a safe stop but they said nah. It was stale green, trucker was probably thinking he could make it, but winter roads? Companies rarely spring for good tires, buddy who's pulled out in front of him ran a red. Light turned yellow but not in time for him to get woah'd. Nobody's on their A game the whole time
@ 13:15 @Steven Hyatt It's very clear what happened. A car pulled into traffic without proper space, the Nissan that spun out tried to avoid him but got clipped. The person at fault is the car facing the same direction as the camera, in the median.
43:26 The red car wasn't in the wrong at all. They made a clear lane change into a clear lane. The blue car in all at fault since they didn't check the lane to make sure it was clear. The red car isn't morally wrong at all.

The lights on the Amish ladies faces makes them look spooky. It took a second look to realize it was the way the camera light was reflecting on their faces! :-)
The truck got the yellow a bit late IMO for the weather conditions. The blue vehicle never stopped, at all, and was in the intersection already when the light turned yellow. So technically both ran a red light. If it were where I used to live in NC they would probably determine this to be a "no-fault" accident. 🤔🤷♂️
@@xKillerClownx - If the nose of the vehicle is past the stop line when the light turns to red it's not a violation. The yellow light tells drivers that the light is about to go red. It's not a violation to enter an intersection after the light goes yellow. Especially if a semi is 10’ behind the rear of your vehicle. Slamming on the brakes for a yellow light is a good way to get rear-ended. Almost all drivers follow too closely for conditions. It's like the car is trying to release the trauma of being in an accident. Like a dog that shakes when it's scared.

@@mooauto2388 No, when he entered the lane he hit them so he didn't "already" enter the lane. Cammer's fault completely.

They’re at fault to in my book. Which is why Florida is a no fault state atleast. Can’t have anything nice without people abusing it
@flyhigh I agree...

Boggles the mind doesn't it?

@@Roccondil That is true. I hadn't accounted for the apparent failure to stop. Then I'd say 50-50, personally.
@@gibbsmeedat3954 I couldn't agree more
13:40. That smile is the "I'm not getting out of this. I'm screwed." Smile.
13:10 car who came out of parking lot didn't wait til clear, car coming toward cammer swerved toward the middle of the entire road to avoid him but the turning driver hit him anyway as he entered the left lane on the cammers side of the road. It's the person who turned from the stores fault, not the person who got spun out.
33:14 "Leroy Jenkin'd the gas pedal"
The single greatest statement in any accident video ever.
OMG I'm here in the comments at the face plant bike incident and now I have Leeeeeeeeeeeeroy Jen _ KINS to look forward to? YaY!
Guess I should close WoW, not gonna get my last 3 'toons thru the Faire tonight.
Also that looks like a Toyota Avalon. I'm almost 100% sure they never made it with a manual transmission!
Chances are he hit the clutch thinking it’s the brake.
36:40 when they cop falls. I died laughing he recovered quick too lmao
But that's me on the daily falling all the time and I've done the same fall as him lmao
Same I immediately came looking for this comment😂
He didn't fall. He slid in for the arrest in style! 😃
Safe at 3rd 🤣
I like how the perp was just standing there and to recover from that silly fall the cop slammed him haha 😂 but the dude just stood there which was so funny Lmfao
I love how you explain what’s going on because I don’t see it sometimes…
Keep up the videos
Please dont drive that way on the german Autobahn. Especially at the parts with no speed limit, the average speed at the left lane is above 120 mph
Let’s go I was supposed to be asleep already but new video dropped 😳😳
32:00 NEVER let someone else ride your bike or drive your car. YOU do the driving.
Exactly, and a stranger at that. How stupid. That u-turn made no sense, I can’t believe he’s a car enthusiast and let someone do that. I hope the motorcyclist healed fully.
18:50. Trucker runs a red light. “Who’s fault do you think it is?” Duh!
They both ran a red light. Both should have been ticketed.
Technically you are still supposed to make sure the path is clear whether it's right of way or not though.
That car definitely slowed down on purpose though
It was stale green, trucker was probably thinking he could make it, but winter roads? Companies rarely spring for good tires, buddy who's pulled out in front of him ran a red. Light turned yellow but not in time for him to get woah'd. Loaded by the looks of it, so I'd say the lil shitter in the car is at fault, though the truck -should- be driving more to conditions and noted the stale green, but we drive 10-14 hours a day. Nobody's on their A game the whole time
@ 13:15 @Steven Hyatt It's very clear what happened. A car pulled into traffic without proper space, the Nissan that spun out tried to avoid him but got clipped. The person at fault is the car facing the same direction as the camera, in the median.
Nice seeing my hometown in one of these. Amazing haha
"Leroy Jenkin'd the gas pedal"
Thank you forever.
43:26 The red car wasn't in the wrong at all. They made a clear lane change into a clear lane. The blue car in all at fault since they didn't check the lane to make sure it was clear. The red car isn't morally wrong at all.
18:42 "WhO's FaUlT Is iT?" Bro, you ran a red without even attempting to slow down beforehand and rear-ended the guy making a valid turn.
Love when it says drunk guy walked away without injuries well of course he does when your drunk you dont tense up that's why when a drunk driver kills someone they are left alive most of the time.
WRONG!!! I suppose that you have actually tested that hypothesis?!?
The lights on the Amish ladies faces makes them look spooky. It took a second look to realize it was the way the camera light was reflecting on their faces! :-)
The one hopping the bridge was just living out a childhood dream
18:42 The truck ran a red light so I’d say he’s probably at fault. He had plenty of time to stop and if he was going too fast that’s on him.
Following at a safe distance can cause the driver 5’-10’ behind you to go purple in the face, bloodshot eyes, gritting teeth, flying fickle finger of fate, maybe even have a stroke.
@@algrayson8965 So like 3 lines of that paragraph actually relate to the part of the video. The rest of it is completely irrelevant. And the first 3 lines don;'t negate anything I stated. Soooo, OK?
@@xKillerClownx the truck coulda slowed down easily. and with this weather, why is the truck hitting that speed? very dangerous during these weather conditions. truck is at fault 10000 percent. shoulda just hit the break once he saw an orange trafficlight. end of story. heck he could have even evaded the car by turning his steering wheel to the left. but nah he just continues to crash into the other car. what a complete moron this truckdriver. should have his lisence revoked forever.
It looks to me like the truck kinda aimed for the car. the car did run a red light , but the truck did too, but i believe the truck could have avoided this collision if he chose to.
A lot of these accidents could be avoided if people just paid attention to the driving. Very sad that the last one, that a person lost their life. Because of her drinking. Side note: I quit drinking because I’m allergic to alcohol. Been sober for 26 years, now. Alcoholism runs in my family. I was only hurting myself, and I’m glad I didn’t kill anyone else.
ya people just dont look.
Drinking & failure to wear seatbelts...helluva shame
"Anyone else" ??? uh... excuse me?? WTF
Alcoholism isn't hereditary, stop blaming your bad decisions on your own lack of self control. Stop acting so self-righteous because you don't drink. "I quit drinking because I’m allergic to alcohol" That's not quitting that's just not killing yourself. "26 years sober" from what? If you were allergic you would have stopped a long time before that.
@@joshissimple Damn bro why so mean? Pretty silly to judge someone from a single youtube comment. Also, I’m pretty sure she wasn’t implying hereditary alcoholism. If your family drinks a lot, chances are you will too. Pretty basic stuff.
I'm glad that parking attendant guy was fired. So tired of seeing people damage others property and be so selfish to just leave it for them to pay for.
@13:11 the car that spun around, was originally going straight. Then the car that was on the left side of the screen pulled out, the car that spun originally swerved to not get hit, but i think got hit on the rear passwnger bumper causing it to spin around.
I CAN'T say I enjoyed your vids. I WILL say that I learn from them. Goota be really alert and careful.
OMG! That was way too funny. The dude on the bike ran into the back of that van and beat his face up. LOL! 😂
2:59 I can see why insurance paid for it. Had to rewatch it twice to even figure out there was a ladder there, that thing was nearly invisible.
If he had his hands on the wheel though....maybe he'd have avoided it....just sayin.
@@flexygoo1295 or if someone didnt drop a fucking ladder on the freeway.... lol
so many if's but whoever didn't secure their ladder is ultimately to blame for creating the obstacle on the road.
