This is video about bad drivers.Here you can learn how to /how not to drive and behave in traffic.There's original commentary and/or storyline at the beginning or at the end of the clips throughout the compilation.Please, read each clip text commentary on the video screen. We tried to give you additional information about so you can better understand what did driver do wrong.
Here you can learn about consequences of bad driving/driving fails so you can educate yourself and be a better driver.
I edit the raw footage (I need a couple of days for every video I make),I add the location of the incident, I add arrows that follow cars to make the situation easier to be seen. I zoom in and out so everyone can see the action and many other things.

not every 2 lanes have lines you can see, there’s plenty around where i live that don’t have lane marks for a while, also a turn signal is not a right of way

LOL at so many of these cammers trying to explain away why they didn't do the obvious thing to prevent an accident.
All many had to do is just take their foot off the gas for a second or pay attention to their surroundings.
Many of these guys seem not to be paying attention, except they are incidentally still in a position of being in the right.

I think money is involved if you are not at foult at best your car is totaled and your getting a new one :) Oh also Medical bills. You got now imaginary Back Pain that are heavy working on you in Court days. But totaly fine around every other day !
@@Sumeragy1 me and another guy going like 12 mph from a red light, he thought I turned bumped my fender. That led to almost two months in a pos base model of my car that stank like weed and had no window tint. Im not sure if it would be worth the massive inconvenience to prove that I don’t have to let a car into my lane.
Edit: though I’m sure with the car loans they put out recently, people who owe 25k on a 5 year old vehicle they financed 20k of an old car onto for 7 years will probably start finding it useful soon.
Yep, had to laugh at the guy at 25:25 when all the cars are sliding down the hill on the icy road - "no one felt like making sure they had good tires..."
Duh! Iced up road, downhill slope, unless you have winter or all weather tires then nothing will stop you, definitely not summer or standard tires. None of the drivers involved looked as though they had put the parking brake on. Might not have helped, but leaving it off sure as hell didn't.
@@severnsea I wouldn't trust "all weather tires." They try to be good at both and often fail. That's why I have regular tired and in the fall, when we have our first snow, I put my winter tires on my truck.
@@10th_Doctor I hear you, but I had the original Michelin Cross Climate tyres on my old Volvo and they were superb, far better than I expected them to be. Very little difference in the dry, excellent in the wet and extremely good in the snow, although to be fair we get very little snow here but I'm pretty confident they would have handled the conditions in the video unless it was sheet ice, in which case all bets are off.
@ 4:57, your wife was NOT making a legal left hand turn. Not only was it a double yellow line, she was crossing a turn lane for on coming traffic. It was an illegal pass, but she shouldn't have stopped to make an illegal turn.
For real, there was no street for her to turn on as he claims.
Yeah she would’ve been turning across two double yellows. I’m guessing her turn was 5-10 feet back. Lol why lie when there is video evidence?

It is 2023 and "Horn-Braking" is the new thing. Actually...it goes back many, many, years! Funny, horns still do not apply the brakes. This idiot was completely at fault for failure to stop and created an "avoidable" accident, for which he/she should have been cited.

@@Roddy556 I looked on Google Maps, street view (intersection of 12th St NE and Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA) and if you go past where they collided to the next intersection you will see lines that show it is indeed a 2 lane road. There is a far left lane and the turning driver was mostly in it. That does not totally excuse the cammer though, he should have been more patient as the other guy was also partially in the right lane.
10:50 looks like he could have easily swerved to the right to avoid that collision but chose not to. There was ample time before any car passed on that side.

WHY do people who should know how to drive on snow and ice *STILL* think locking their brakes up will help them???
Exactly right! Tap the brakes rapidly to allow traction under the wheels and keep a little bit of steering. You can't stop quickly, but you can semi-control your direction and go around objects and people. The issue is that most people untrained in low traction driving just panic and put the brakes to the floor.
The trick is to turn your wheel quickly or sporadically and then slam on your breaks. It's best to do this once your on the ice, especially on icy bridges... no need to slow down beforehand.
No way! First increase general speed in snow/ice - this reduces drive time and therefore makes accidents LESS likely. Radio on maximum volume will also help avoid accidents as other cars will hear you coming. drinking Alcohol will delay driver response time and help avoid sharp movements that may trigger a skid. If you somehow happen to lose traction steer away from skid to increase rotational spin speed. Apply maximum pressure on brakes, apply E-brake and then throw trans into 'Park'. Once vehicle stops moving, jump out of car into surrounding traffic as quickly secondary accidents are great for distraction. Pick another involved car/driver(teenager or elderly preferred) and start screaming "WTF were you thinking?!?!?" repeat accusation loudly every 10 seconds until the crowd starts agreeing and joining in. Look for any Garmins that may have recorded your actions- destroy quickly! Discreetly threaten to burn down any dissenting witnesses' houses if they don't take your side, Easy Peasy!.... (yes- i kid, i kid)

@@BradfordGuy great.....do that...mby you're simulation the anti-lock braking system, which should be turned of on snowy roads. you SHOULD stay on the brakes to let snow pile up in front your tires, bcs that will serve as a chock and slow down your car...
13:04 i hate when people park their cars at intersections like this or anywhere that caused a blind spot. it’s such a real problem and at least where i’m from it’s illegal to park your car within 30ft of an intersection/stop sign

It was a hit and run however, the truck did drive away.
I find that the majority of the people with these dash cams are at fault, but they believe that somehow they are in the right because they have dash cams.
Lots of situations where they could have avoided an accident, even if the other guy was initially wrong. Having the right of way doesn't justify ramming a car that gets in your way, if you have time to avoid the collision.

People that successfully manage to stop their cars in the middle of the highway to experience the aftermath of a minor mass collision seem oblivious of the approaching traffic still travelling at 70mph…..

At 3:10 no way was there two lanes. Car in front had his turn light on yet car behind tried to slip in on the right causing the accident. Driver should have sat back and allowed car in front to complete the manoeuvre instead of rushing up front and causing the accident. Either way it costs nothing to sit back and let the car in front manoeuvre. Rushing up like that, whether you are in the right or not causes a collision. Defensive driving is often the best course of action.
12:05 there wasn’t much you could do in that situation. Tbh that looks like a really tight intersection. The person you hit is an absolute prick for not letting you in.
The real prick was the car blocking her, absolutely no reason for them to stop there and honk (since I'm assuming the light is also turning red for them).

It looks like the cammer was already in the intersection, which gave them the right of way.
But the intersection wasn’t clear enough due to traffic congestion and visibility was poor. And because you couldn’t see that inside lane coming the other way you risked getting hit and were left hanging in the intersection. Who took the hit on the accident?
Important things I learned watching these videos:
1- people are far more concerned about what happened to their car than if anyone was hurt.
2- no one is ever willing to take responsibility
3- more than 50%of the people responsible for accidents have insurance.
3:10 I would say yes This is your fault, maybe the other driver didn't chose the correct lane but you can easily see it and you come to hit him.

PSA: A flashing indicator signal light does NOT give you automatic...or legal...right-of-way. The merging vehicle is REQUIRED to yield right-of-way.
PSA: Never tell them you have a dashcam until AFTER they lie to the police and/or file fraudulent insurance claims...then hit them with the truth bomb!
PSA: Try to always call out the plate number...the camera doesn't always pick it up correctly.

5:03 If they are in the USA then the cammer in the yellow car is an idiot because they tried to make an illegal left across double, double yellow lines. In the USA this is illegal. Double, double yellow lines are to be treated as a raised curb. If you think the lines are less than two feet apart how is the car completely between the two set of lines? Come to a dead stop where you are not supposed to stop and you will be treated as a disabled vehicle; and if you are involved in a collision while your disabled vehicle is in the middle of the road guess who the court will hold at fault?
I've watched dozens of these types of videos and really need to invest in a dash cam when my layoff is over.
We just got a different car, and immediately got a new camera system, front and back. I bought one for my husband about 4 yrs ago, and it just quit, so got a new one.So much craziness now, we ALWAYS have it turned on.
I have been watching videos of these crashes, and also court videos. There are SO many drivers from other countries here now, that DO NOT follow our laws, and don't even know what the laws ARE. Too many people on their phones, and folks not driving carefully enough.
But, millions of drivers from other countries not knowing the laws of the road, have caused a huge increase in accidents and fatalities. Just look up the fatality reports, it's there. I've been hit by others, 4 times, totalled my car each time, just sitting in traffic or going slow at a light, from people not doing the right things.
The last time, a man flew through a stop sign and was going to hit me head on, I turned the wheel just fast enough so that he hit me in the wheel/front fender. Totaled the car. He wouldn't stop. Wouldn't answer my questions, and didn't acknowledge my attempts to talk, he backed up and drove off, with his car all smashed up in the front.
I was SO LIVID, I couldn't see straight. My car was paid off, wasn't worth much, but I didn't have a payment. THATS WHAT MADE it so special to me. It was a good car too. And he WRECKED IT, and took off. Insurance of course didn't give enough to get much of a better car, because we couldn't afford much, and DIDNT WANT to get into another payment. Thats what I was SO ANGRY ABOUT...was having to have another payment, when we just got through with this one.
People's ignorance, arrogance and beliefs like they have the right to do WHATEVER they want, without doing what's necessary, has created a colossal mess everywhere. FOLKS HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER....and do what's RIGHT, (not just what they feel like doing) for everyone's sake, including their OWN. It makes it safer, happier and better for everyone.
With a little patience, attention, and sobriety channels like this would not exist

I love how you can clearly see in the back of the video after that truck completely obliterated that car and drove his tire into the driver side window that there are neighbors and they didn’t even try to go check to see what the license plate was on this truck they didn’t take a video. They did absolutely nothing to help this neighbor and that is just trashy.

At 12:05, yes the other traffic must wait for an intersection to clear if you entered on a green or yellow. as always, just because the light is green does not mean you have complete right of way. but then, the average driver doesn't know half the laws and rules.
Yet the cammer 100% is at fault for this. You don't go into an intersection on a flashing yellow if you aren't sure you can make it. The moment the light becomes red, and you haven't fully positioned yourself in a lane, you've run a red light.
If its clear to back up, back up. If it isn't clear to go, don't go until it is. But hitting another car is the worst choice you could have made. This is why you never pull into an intersection on a flashing yellow unless you're absolutely sure you have room to go.

Sorry, but in the many States I have lived in, entry into an intersection on a yellow gives you 'right of way', and ALL other traffic not in the intersection MUST yield until you've cleared the intersection.
If I'm wrong, then MANY heavy truck drivers would either get tickets or be sitting at a light forever.
Legal entry into an intersection on green or yelllow gives Right of way when the light goes red.
Where does it say in any state's driving laws that using your turn signals gives you right of way over all traffic within 360 degrees of your vehicle and you no longer are required to check for traffic when you change lanes or turn cross another active travel lane?

Unless he does a lot of cross country driving he's full of crap on age of tires. Or I suppose they could be summer compound and he's burned through them. I go through a set every year on my Mustang, but I drive course and track a few times a year and that eats them up rather quickly.
I'm from Germany and have never seen so many hit and runs as in the USA which is probably due to the fact that uninsured vehicles are on the road in the USA. In Germany, a vehicle cannot be registered without valid liability insurance. Should an insurance company cancel the insurance cover of a vehicle for whatever reason A message is automatically sent to the registration office, which then reports this to the police and the police put the vehicle out for nationwide search. If the vehicle is found with the corresponding license plate, it will be seized and the license plates removed. The owner must then go to the registration office and present a new insurance certificate, otherwise the vehicle will remain immobilized. Driving a vehicle without appropriate insurance is a criminal offense in Germany for which you can be imprisoned for up to 5 years

The blatant stupidity of any non track location being used for your racing pleasure or hobby is why emergency services responds to more than 3 million collision calls between 21:00 and 06:00 a year in north America alone where street racing was involved. To treat extricate or recover the injured or deceased of both innocent motorists ignorant supportive by standers and lastly the dumbshit race participants from their trashed toys. Having been involved with a collision with a group of "street racers" that cost two of them their lives and extensive injuries to the other two who all slammed nose to side into a ladder apparatus enroute to a structural fire one would hope this would be curtailed at some point but it has just become more pervasive with time.

I’m amazed by how many people get out of their cars in a major pileup, not thinking about their own safety, getting their own cars out of the way, with their heads up their a#$es, calling someone to tell them about the big wreck they were almost a part of. It may depend on the state but I believe you had control of the intersection and the other vehicles entered illegally even though they had a green light. You always have to wait for the intersection to clear before proceeding. You can find more information in the Driver Handbook from your local DMV.

Tractor trailer at 12:20 did the right thing by getting over to allow fast vehicles to pass when entering the highway. B mde just making excuses because he wasn't paying attention. Classic case of, Blame others until you succeed.
The point of this game is to avoid hitting anyone with your second most expensive possession and avoid getting hit. It's not to go fast, not to get ahead of the other guy, not about macho or muscle or any such nonsense. It's all don't get hit. Drive defensively.
@Russ Olson from the model T to today it's just gotten so complicated. I was able to work on my VW beetle and on my Dodge Colt but I'm lost in today's vehicles.
i know pedestrians certainly have the right of way at a marked crossing but when Im a pedestrian, even if it’s a busy road, I try to not cross when cars are coming. my bones wouldn’t handle an impact with metal very well. that said when driving and I approach a marked crossing I slow my butt way down and eagle eye surroundings cause I’d be liable. ESPECIALLY one on such a tight street like that

46:27 this is just my opinion, but I think if you’re splitting lanes and there is an accident, the lane splitter she be automatically held 100% liable. Lanes are only made for one vehicle, also if they know they will be liable, they might drive more responsibly.

1:14:35 The stop sign is the white line if one is not painted there. You ran the stop sign not coming to a full stop at the sign. Then look for oncoming traffic or pedestrians. Basic driving handbook rules.
