Yep,It's already getting rather cold lately,Glad I brought a nice new Jacket,I wear that under my other jacket when biking to work first thing in the morning,Also wearing two worm winter hats as well and a scarf,Also be getting some new gloves next,I think we be getting a freeeeeeeeeeeeeeezing cold winter this year 🥶
Thanks!! I think you guys won’t get above average snow however average to just below is very possible. A good average is around 40 inches- there will likely be more in the higher elevations! ☃️☃️
Winter 2025-26 will be Esno Neutral winter pattern. Some Rare Enso Neutral winters brings Rare Snow for South-Central Valley California like December 1932 and January 1962
There are many models and when predicting using long range models many don’t change every day rather they change every month. We use all models to come up with a conclusion. Now we are still far out from winter but I took these models, my thinking, analogs, patterns, teleconnection forecasts, and more to come up with a generality of what could happen this winter season! ❄️
@@Vaaris_WX I live in North Dakota and some la ninos we’ve had in the pass it was super cold and dry a brown Christmas and other la ninos like a few years ago super cold and 100+” of snow way above average
@@Nerfaddict86 interesting, 100* inches might be a stretch. Winters can definitely be variable there- usually a La Niña brings average precipitous and cold conditions- we are getting closer to chances of an ENSO neutral, however. I will do a video update in the beginning of November.
@@Vaaris_WX ya few winters ago here a moderate la nino here we had no less than 100” our average is likr 30-40” in a year every week we had atleast one svow day from work we all ran out of areas to put snow in our yards it was the winter of 22-23
Hello! Yea maybe boring was a little too much, however a more typical and quiet start will likely be for the west- the Pacific Northwest has already started feeling the effects of La Niña and that’ll only accelerate into winter time!
Yours was the best weather presentation I ever heard ❤
I will keep you in my feed. Thank you so very much😊😊😊
Thank you so much!! 😊
great forecast, the best down-to-earth presentation I have seen yet. good work.
Thanks I appreciate it!!
Thank you! Subscribed. From Deming, WA
Awesome! Thank you!

Thank you!!

Sounds great! ☃️
I live in Oklahoma and I'll believe a big Winter when I see it.
Well not a big one this year as shown in my video. Cold shots and typical light snows are possible!!
All weather forecasts are the same . Broad generalizations that say everything and nothing at the same time .
agreed! This is just an overview of my thinking. A true, trustworthy forecast will come in out in December. Hope you enjoyed. ❄️
@@Vaaris_WX loved it 😁….
Hahahaha
I am subscribed and love snow too ❄️ Will Connecticut see above average snow this winter and how much do you predict?
Thanks!! I think you guys won’t get above average snow however average to just below is very possible. A good average is around 40 inches- there will likely be more in the higher elevations! ☃️☃️
I’m just also wondering, what do you mean by interior snows? Winter storms??? Block busters???😂😅😊
Interior snows are, yes, winter storms that affect inland areas with snow meaning coastal areas tend to see a mix of precipitation or rain!
Yay, Dryness for California
Will Chicago get hammered with snow this year?
This winter won’t be a hammering one. But I do expect ABOVE AVERAGE snowfall- so be ready!! ☃️
what do you think the snowfall will be NW Kansas?
I expect some good snow for you guys around average which would be around a foot and a half.
@@Vaaris_WX Thank You
How much snow could Charleston west virginia get this winter
It will be interesting! I think you guys will get near normal or just below average snow but let's see!
This means around 30 inches of powder! ❄️
How much snow possibly for Lancaster county pa
A solid 25-30inches is certainly possible! ❄️
do you think dallas will get snow this winter? even mixed precip.
Yes! I do think Dallas has a shot at a mixed precip. event and snow. ❄️
@@Vaaris_WX yay
I hope Ohio sees a blizzard? Maybe????😊
Let’s see! I think it’s certainly possible. ❄️
Hoping for rain in West Texas
Unfortunately that might not be the case. I do think you guys will certainly get rain, it won’t meet the averages I’m predicting.
How much snow will I get in key west, Florida?
None silly.
Maybe your typical several feet, 😂😂. No snow sadly but hey, maybe a flurry sneaks in. 👀
@@Vaaris_WXflurry in key west is crazy
@@Vaaris_WXyea. I’m was joking I’m going there for vacation. I’m in upstate ny. I get a lot of snow
Will indiana get mild spells
Yes! I do think you guys will get slightly above average snowfall, however warm spells will be present throughout the season!
Really!!!!!
Yes!

how do you know that?
@@erikmorozov1740 December 1932 was almost El Nino zone
Um, hello! So the model changes daily? Way too many weather channels on RUclips. Yall all need to get together and put out the same model.

Hard to believe you I live in the north and we had la ninos before that was super cold and dry
Yeah, it is usually drier in the north-central U.S. if you are in the Pacific northwest/midwest expect above average precipitation.

Az same as summer hot and dry a state to hate😢
Sadly, yes, above average temperatures and dry conditions. However, it won’t be HOT, mind you, it’ll be winter.
@@Vaaris_WX I am from Michigan it will be hot I want winter
West will not have Boring Start especially Pacific northwest so you need to recreate this and fix that mistake

Real classy, Erik
Nobody knows
True, however this is a general idea of what *could* happen.
December 2028 will also possibly be Very Wet Month for All California after 2028's Presidential Election.
How the hell are u keep predicting weather years ahead
