Using the fact that the Warriors have a more talented team and a better coached team is hypothetical. Hypothetical points are weak. All that matters is in-game performance. In this series LeBron has played as good if not better than KD overall. The biggest reason the Cavs lose is because the rest of the team don't show up BUT that's not the only reason. Another reason that most people seem to be ignoring is that the last 3 games, LeBron has underperformed in the second half of the game. Game 1 and 2, the Cavs were within single digits by the end of the first half. In the first half of games 1 and 2 LeBron has been playing great but in the second half he plays much worse. The difference here is that KD plays great throughout the entire game. Even in game 3, whilst unlike the other games LeBron stayed poised up until the end of the 3rd, he shown again that he can remain constant throughout the game like KD can and hence LeBron had to rely on Kyrie and Korver to close the game whilst KD was just performing great individually and ended up with the game sealing 3. Now I can accept that the reason it's like this is because LeBron is older and therefore fatigues quicker. Do you really think that's a point in favour though? 😂 That's like saying that MJ is better than LeBron right now but he can't show it because he is older. Have they not seen KD in OKC last yr against the Warriors? 3-1 lead. But he and Russ never trusted their teammates, ended up playing too many minutes and burnt out in the 4th. So they choked, turned the ball over a whole bunch and missed a lot of bad shots. The only difference this year is that KD has more legs in the 4th quarter cus his team's 2nd unit can keep score tight against Cleveland's 1.5 unit.
Durant is more versatile and probably a little better than LeBron at offense. That said LeBron is still the better player overall.

Using the fact that the Warriors have a more talented team and a better coached team is hypothetical. Hypothetical points are weak. All that matters is in-game performance. In this series LeBron has played as good if not better than KD overall. The biggest reason the Cavs lose is because the rest of the team don't show up BUT that's not the only reason. Another reason that most people seem to be ignoring is that the last 3 games, LeBron has underperformed in the second half of the game. Game 1 and 2, the Cavs were within single digits by the end of the first half. In the first half of games 1 and 2 LeBron has been playing great but in the second half he plays much worse. The difference here is that KD plays great throughout the entire game. Even in game 3, whilst unlike the other games LeBron stayed poised up until the end of the 3rd, he shown again that he can remain constant throughout the game like KD can and hence LeBron had to rely on Kyrie and Korver to close the game whilst KD was just performing great individually and ended up with the game sealing 3.
Now I can accept that the reason it's like this is because LeBron is older and therefore fatigues quicker. Do you really think that's a point in favour though? 😂 That's like saying that MJ is better than LeBron right now but he can't show it because he is older.
