Hi there i still love your music 60s 70s 80s 90s 20s 21s 22s , sometimes I laugh, smile n cry when I listen , the rolling stones music is so unique, yesterday, today n tomorrow your music will never die, love your guys youl brought do much joy to our lives, 66year old Arnold from Pretoria 🇿🇦
The band...the classic sound...the concert audience caught up in the moment......this is what rock music has that RAP and hip-hop will never...ever...have!!! I'm so glad i was able to attend concerts of these iconic bands in my lifetime.
You do understand that putting down other people’s taste won’t make yours look better right? For example, I’m a huge rap fan but I can still enjoy the old rock classics and say that their show were just as good as my generation’s shows. Times change and being sour about it is not a good look. Ps if you want to understand what I mean just take a few minutes and listen to this compilation of some of the most invested crowds in hip hop ruclips.net/video/sI7BLFaXn-I/видео.htmlfeature=shared Even if you don’t like their music which is understandable, you simply can’t undermine that these shows and crowds are just as great as before
A big tribute and respect from England for that sensational crowd. At one stage 2;55 Ronnie couldn't believe what he was seeing. Truly magnificent youngsters. Never ever seen anything like this before!
jajajaja un Alexander de nombre anglosajón y apellido ordinario , osea Torres pooo Torres, no McPherson, ni Mc Donald tratando de indígenas como si fuera una ofensa. Pobrecito.
R.I.P.🕊 - Rest In Paradise🕊 - Descansa En Paz🕊 CHARLIE WATTS!!! ... Thank You For Your Talent On The Drums, For The Music You Gave To Us With The ROLLING STONES!!! Your Musical Legacy Is The Mark You Leave To Mankind!!! Thanks So Much!!! PEACE🕊
Why we will always love the Rolling Stones? It's been a while since the Stones have recorded anything memorable .We love them for what they represent in our lives. Some years ago, when the Stones came to Brazil, I saw both their gigs It struck me then that the reason we still take the old material so seriously is because Jagger takes it seriously himself. He sings each song like he’s just released the record last week and puts so much effort into each performance that you can’t help being seduced by his charisma. Like "Paint It Black" released on 7 May 1966 . I was 14
I was much impressed when I saw the Stones. Jagger was very professional, talking to the audience and telling them he hoped the Stones' selection of songs crossed the generations and pleased the audience. There was nothing silly or giddy about him. It was not what I expected. The performance was great. PAINT IT BLACK is a great song, possibly their best. It has a mystic, almost Arabic quality about it.
This brings my whole body out in goosebumps! it was my favourite Stones song back in the sixties (yeah - I am that old), and this live version is even better than my old 45rpm record. (oh, that's the black disk we used to play on record players).
I'm in the same age bracket. Tell me truly: when you were 15 years old, did you ever for one second imagine that people would be listening to the same rock music 50 years hence? But even the young'uns like this stuff.
Yes, happiness, release emerging from despair happens so often in skillful art. This performance goes back to the Ancient Greeks with their Dionysian, ecstatic ceremonial performances. (Ecstatic as in, literally, getting out of one’s body). Of course people respond. And, of course, it helps that the master of ceremonies, Jagger, is a genius in such matters.
Questa sola canzone sarebbe già sufficiente per decretare il successo eterno per un gruppo. Gli Stones, di pezzi magistrali come questo, ne hanno composti un centinaio. Lunghissima vita alle Pietre.
RIP Sir Charlie Watts🙏...I'm heartbroken 💔My heart is black tonight....Legend just leave this world & left us alone 😢"I look inside myself And see my heart is black I see my red door I must have it painted black Maybe then, I'll fade away And not have to face the facts It's not easy facing up When your whole world is black.... "
Lord. Incredible. If this audience and the Stones being at their best does not get your blood pumping, then what will?? Only the Stones can generate this reaction. RIP Charlie.
El Argentino es un público extraordinario apasionado . Tuve la suerte de vivir en ese país y se la pasión por el fútbol lo que es caminar por su calles y respira su cultura. Un bello país. Mis mejores recuerdos de mi querido Córdoba río cuarto. Aguante Argentina. Saludos desde Lima Perú.
No other band ever in this world can make a crowd Go this wild with just one song That's why the Rolling Stones are the underspuded Greatest Rock Band in the world Enough said
For 4 hours staright i just sit and watch these live versions with a wine glass in my hand and it feels perfect! Long life Rolling Stones and thank you for your music.
Thanks for your concerts in Mexico... My wife who had not attended one of your concerts, believes this has been one the best shows in her whole life... Something I already knew... THANKS AGAIN..
The South American audience participation reminded me of Rush's YYZ live in Rio video where the crowd starts to sing loudly to an instrumental song. Incredible passion for the music from South American fans.❤
The most underrated drummer of all time-Charlie watts -driving the song along with his terrific drumming-never misses a beat-Awesome. Locked up in May 2020
Por favor comparar a Maluma con los stone que aparte de ser de otro tipo de género , tienen años de trayectoria , yo creo que lo que escro es porque es gratis y estás al divino pedo !!
About this success: I am Brazilian. We Latinos are very sensitive to the melodies and rhythms of the songs. Many did not know the lyrics of this song, so the public is manifested in this way in Argentina. If I was their age and saw the Stones with "Paint it Black", I would be jumping like them. :-)
I see a red door and I want it painted black No colors any more, I want them to turn black I see the girls walk by, dressed in their summer clothes I have to turn my head until my darkness goes I see a line of cars and they're all painted black With flowers and my love both never to come back I see people turn their heads and quickly look away Like a newborn baby, it just happens every day I look inside myself and see my heart is black I see my red door I must have it painted black Maybe then I'll fade away and not have to face the facts It's not easy facing up when your whole world is black No more will my green sea go turn a deeper blue I could not foresee this thing happening to you If I look hard enough into the setting sun My love will laugh with me before the morning comes I see a red door and I want it painted black No colors any more, I want them to turn black I see the girls walk by, dressed in their summer clothes I have to turn my head until my darkness goes Hmm, hmm, hmm,.. I wanna see it painted, painted black Black as night, black as coal I wanna see the sun blotted out from the sky I wanna see it painted, painted, painted, painted black Yeah! Hmm, hmm, hmm...
RIP Charlie, you will never be forgotten. Thank you.
this is one of the songs where Charlie's performance is most evident. RIP Charlie! ♥
You know things are about to get crazy when it comes to concerts...
😭

Exactly, neither will today's pop music overall, music back then was just better

Holy crap, that is some of the most amazing and passionate crowds I have ever seen.
Argentina ;)
Argentina man...another planet.
yeah, and they go all crazy on Paint it Black, imagine what they did on Start Me Up or Satisfaction :)
🇦🇷💪
I googled Metallica in Mexico and AC/DC in Spain. Those Latin crowds can party.
A big tribute and respect from England for that sensational crowd. At one stage 2;55 Ronnie couldn't believe what he was seeing. Truly magnificent youngsters. Never ever seen anything like this before!

Argentinians are so appreciative and engaged.... wow what a monster crowd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree. Great audience, and very similar to Brazilians.
Trey Indica what? Its The Rollings in River Plate Stadium in 2006 I was here the best! Aguante Argentina tierra Stone!!
Concuerdo con vos capo
Trey Indica no, is River Plate, Buenos Aires, 2006, february.
Yeah, and this was just the rolling stones. Imagine what this crowd is like at a soccer game where they really get excited?

@@chicagonorthcoastI’m fifteen, and this still slaps. Good music doesn’t spoil, it ages like a fine wine.
It is hilarious how a song which was written about a depressed man who lost all enjoyment in life makes so many people happy.
Fuck the boring depressed man!
Not happy, dude. Just feeling the same way - that matters

it's the melodies
Always will be one of the greatest songs ever written.
Mick, you and the boys are hitting on all cylinders 🎉🎉. This song is freaking awesome 🎉🎉 I love the Stones, they just do rock and roll right 🎉🎉

Amazing. You don't think that Mick seems exhausted, then. It must be me. Doesn't matter, really, (except to Mick).
i said it in the 60s , 70s , 80s, 90s, and 21st century --- THE ROLLING STONES ARE THE GREATEST BAND OF ALL TIME and no one even comes close .

THE ROLLING STONES FOREVER!
I see a red door and I want it painted black
No colors any more, I want them to turn black
I see the girls walk by, dressed in their summer clothes
I have to turn my head until my darkness goes
I see a line of cars and they're all painted black
With flowers and my love both never to come back
I see people turn their heads and quickly look away
Like a newborn baby, it just happens every day
I look inside myself and see my heart is black
I see my red door I must have it painted black
Maybe then I'll fade away and not have to face the facts
It's not easy facing up when your whole world is black
No more will my green sea go turn a deeper blue
I could not foresee this thing happening to you
If I look hard enough into the setting sun
My love will laugh with me before the morning comes
I see a red door and I want it painted black
No colors any more, I want them to turn black
I see the girls walk by, dressed in their summer clothes
I have to turn my head until my darkness goes
Hmm, hmm, hmm,..
I wanna see it painted, painted black
Black as night, black as coal
I wanna see the sun blotted out from the sky
I wanna see it painted, painted, painted, painted black
Yeah!
Hmm, hmm, hmm...
