I’m an American citizen and I have never understood why they weren’t given the right equipment from the beginning of the war and why are they still being held back on hitting them in the face Russia is a genicidle monster I hate the fact that more people are going to suffer because of this war unfortunately they need to stop putting restrictions on the Ukrainian military it is not a fair fight I am looking forward to seeing the Ukrainian people being able to return to their country and homeland no fighting

First, nobody can know who you mean by "we". Russia? USA? EU? NATO? We can't read your mind through the internet.
Second, I don't think Russia is provoking a war between the CSTO and anyone else, nor do I think Armenia would answer any questions the way you expect them to, considering they are a member of the CSTO.
I suggest you be a lot more clear and specific about what you're actually asking. It's impossible to tell just by reading your comment.

I don't suppose it would have made any difference if I had said engineered, provoked or massively provoked instead. It's strange how the West does not talk openly about the origins of the war in Ukraine although Stoltenberg let the truth slip out once. Has the term Revolution of Dignity ever stirred an iota of suspicion in you? Was the Assistant Secretary of State handing out cookies in Kiev in 2013 because she was on holiday? Lord Balfe has said the Russians were massively provoked, well that's beginning to look like a partial explanation for the invasion at any rate. Professor Roberts has given a solid account of the build up to the war in Ukraine (‘Now or Never’: The Immediate Origins of Putin’s Preventative War on Ukraine). It's free to download. Or perhaps you should just wallow in your ignorance.

@@gordonclifton2694 The origins of the war in Ukraine are littered with imbecilic decisions made by obdurate politicians in the West, and those decisions have brought us to where we are now. Russia did not want this war but repeatedly the West ploughed on along its inane path. If it wasn't obvious previously it should be obvious now that America and more recently NATO, through their policy towards China, are war mongers. I remember seeing Catherine Ashton (an EU official) ten years ago looking very pleased with herself but did she have any idea where all this could lead. Of course the origins of the Ukraine war go further back than that. Later came the Maidan protests with reporting in the West that seemed all very one-sided to me. After the war broke out a BBC employee summarised the background to the war and my how he omitted some inconvenient truths. Since Russia began winning the war Western reporting has sunk to such depths of misinformation they have out done the Soviets. Indeed the British military has played its part in the lies and deceit. But you have to ″dig‶ to find out what is really going on. The West finally realise that Ukraine will not win the war but it suits them to let the war go on, never mind the carnage to follow. Iran is saying they have no choice but to retaliate against Israel, well the West gave Russia no choice but to invade Ukraine. No choice. Policy papers in the West make clear America's long-standing hostility towards Iran and Russia. Most people get on with their own lives and don't pay much attention to international affairs. I met someone who had seen through the deceit. It is you that is living in a world of fiction and you not I that have been suckered.
