@@chilly7261 Its true they do smoke with full brake application, Most aircraft can smoke their brakes if they are big and heavy enough excluding most general aviation, reason you don't see it a lot of the time is when there is enough runway to save brake ware and so they dump energy in other ways such as air brakes or reverse thrust or if the aircraft is very light and empty so they might only use 30% brake or whatever is needed
I’m not really into RC flying or models but my god man that thing is gorgeous and incredibly impressive build quality. You are one of a kind sir. Must feel good to know you are top of your craft.
You guys blew this one out of the park. My nephew flies the real thing and I gotta say this is the coolest RC plane I've ever seen. And I've been in this hobby many, many, years. Great job guys. Living the dream. I'd love to be able to visit your shop and your flying field. Absolutely beautiful.
Coming from a former C-17 mechanic, this is just a beautiful piece of work. I would love to get a look at it (if it all possible) someday. It's been fun checking out your previous videos and your work is amazing. The 787 crash broke my heart as I imagine it did for you as well.
@ramyRC, yet another great build. This is the biggest RC C-17 model. It's amazing. I really don't think people realize how good of a pilot Tyler is. Bigger planes fly better, but landing something that large, with that much speed and not slamming it down takes some skills. You two make a great team. Kind of like the Top Gun division with builder and pilot. Only difference is, you are a pretty good pilot yourself.
I remember flying back from Atlanta and the planes flaps failed to deploy on landing. We flew around for about 30 minutes or until all our fuel was nearly gone. The runway was lined up with emergency vehicles and we used the entire runway and probably the brakes to come to a stop. Fun times.
Really Impressive and I really enjoyed the video. I was a member of the YC-17 flight test team including first flight out of Long Beach California and for several years at Edwards AFB. Having been one of the first civilians to fly on the C-17, I really love the work you have done on this RC Model. The articulation of the landing gear was cool as was the smoking brakes. The landing with the proper flap setting looked so real. Great Job!!
Both yourself and Tyler should be extremely pleased with what you have created. I am super happy and excited for the both of you. A huge well done, that Globemaster is just perfect.
Amazing build to have followed again Ramy! I often replay the flights at 0.5x speed for realistic scale speed take offs and landings but once the flaps were working, it looks realistic landing at full playback speed! Bravo!
Absolutely fantastic! Loved it. I'm glad you had good brakes for the landings where the flaps weren't working and the approach speed was correspondingly higher!
A perfect model, sounds absolutely fantastic just like a proper turbofan engine amazing how much difference running on electric rather than fuel has made to the authentic Flight characteristics, look and sound of the bottle in the air.
Been flying RC aircraft for over 30 years and I have to say that thing is solid as a rock. Amazing work. Also the no flap landing is actually very good training and something you should do on all aircraft to get your experience levels up in case you have to do it with an audience... :) I would also suggest doing both No 1 and No 4 (not at the same time!) idle landings and climb outs to check rudder authority during asymmetric thrust events. HTH!
What are the battery specs for this beast? Also I read in other comments that this plane weighs 150 kg, what country are you in and what are the requirements to fly such a heavy RC?
Beautifully detailed now that you have completed the installation of the custom landing gear and have painted and applied the graphics and all of the lighting as well! Happy Flying! Thanks for sharing! Please have an excellent and awesome day! ☀️✨✈️
Just wonderful and I wish that Iowa (I am in Iowa) still had the Byron Originals Striking Back yearly fly-ins. The planes being created and Tyler's flying prowess, it would have been a showstopper to see these planes and Tyler's flying at those shows. The videos are great but can only imagine seeing them in real flight. Thanks for sharing these, the modeling hobby needs more of this, and the new way to build from scratch.

thanks for sharing your hobby, amazing planes, and that property is beautiful
I’m founding out about the channel and the whole world of RC a couple of weeks ago. I found THIS video, just now, on July 16th, 2 days AFTER the event in Germany! 😭 I live in The Netherlands nearby
Just bought my very first RC plane/jet - a much smaller C-17 (390mm RTF). First flight the wind took it about 500 yards away into a field. Next flight was yesterday (calmer day) and it was awesome. Can't imagine something on this scale.
Ramy, that is absolutely beautiful! I had an initial thought, "next step real turbines" but modern EDFs are so good now, nah! Loved the low passes. Next step, airborne deploy of (model) soldiers and tanks. :-) Congratulations!
Stay tuned for a very special video next Monday🫡
3 min ago but see that
I don't know if i can wait that long😂
Tyler lands it so smoothly, bravo!
OH Cleet gonna rip it !
Is your house built specifically for RC aircraft or can you land full-size planes there?
High quality craftsmanship Ramy!! This is an incredible build, paired with Tyler's piloting? What a treat to watch!!
As a former flight engineer on the grandmother of this airplane C-141b Starlifter (now decommissioned) i commend your team on a great job
I love the smoking brakes just like the full size.Thank you.
The brakes do not smoke on the full size. The tires do when they first touch down, until they catch up to speed. They are not turning in the air...
@@chilly7261 Sometimes the brakes smoke. Especially after heavy braking. Worked in close proximity of them for years.

my dad was involved with the USAF program developing some of the C-17 systems - man, he would have loved to see this!!
I’m not really into RC flying or models but my god man that thing is gorgeous and incredibly impressive build quality. You are one of a kind sir. Must feel good to know you are top of your craft.
Man the owner is one heck of a pilot. All perfect landings.
Tyler Perry
That is incredible! Yeah, what a nice approach with flaps!! The short final approach to ground effect with flaps was so controlled. Great flying!
That evening landing with the lights...beautiful!!
Real C17s are awesome! Ive seen them do some really impressive stuff, especially for their size!

Masterclass in building and flying, well done both. That evening landing was sensational
You had me at C-17.
Low-flaps? Amazing job.
Floating it in on full flaps? Wow. That must have been fun !

The smoking brakes were brilliant! What a setup, every modeler's dream venue.
A remarkable engineering achievement! The pilot was pretty good too! Lol.................. Congrats to the entire teams effort!

Tyler certainly has that big plane energy!
To say Tyler is a good rc pilot is an understatement. He is an EXCEPTIONAL RC pilot.
AMAZING!
Next project campaign: SAME SCALE An-225 MRIYA🤩🙏
But not a replica of the one in the hangar in Hostomel...!!!!
@@soundslikebstomea new is being build from the spare airframe, it is said.
BUT, that is not a cheap project, will see it before I believe it.
Great Idea! I guess we all wanna see it. I like to see the gas turbine version instead of EDFs!
wow that would be something
@@Stigsens1 Russia will destroy ship #2 also. Putin is ruthless.
That landing with the flaps all working great was just awesome to watch. Tyler’s pilot skills.. superb👍 Landed it like buttuhh!!
Absolutely awesome! Thank you for taking us along for such an amazing journey.

Perfect Builder Test Pilot duo right here! Amazing communication!
That was impressive! What a difference Flaps make!

Cant stop watching this. What a unbelievable aircraft Ramy. Jaw dropping
All of your builds are amazing, but this is super cool that you were able to connect with Tyler and get this project completed. Its really amazing.
The best RC aircraft I have ever seen. The on board camera was brilliant.
The best RC place I've ever seen, incredible work 👍
Love the way it flies much like the actual plane. Looks fantastic! Y’all did an amazing job building it!
I saw 3 of these flying in western Mass about 10 years. They just floated. Good job brother. Cleet sent me over. Do more with him PLEASE. Peace
You guys set a standard that we strive for but, few can achieve. Thank you for showing what is possible.
Magnificent ... the only way to describe the whole presentation.
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Brilliant workmanship by you and the team
Amazing build to have followed again Ramy!

Pure beauty in flight and on the ground. This plane to me is the best of the best in the RC hobby. What a one of a kind accomplishment.
07:24 - Look at that landing. That's incredible control.
Absolutely fantastic! Loved it. I'm glad you had good brakes for the landings where the flaps weren't working and the approach speed was correspondingly higher!
I've run out of superlatives. That was so fun to watch, flying it has to be too much fun. Just beautiful!
Cleet brought me here. Awsome plane.
Beautiful work Ramy, great piloting Tyler. A treat to see. Love seeing the LG rotate up in flight at 5:12, a thing of beauty!
Slow the playback to .25 it looks so real! Great job!
This butter landing in the end :D just amazing ! Great job building and flying this beast
Absolutely stunning. Those no flaps landings were pretty speedy. Good thing those brakes are effective.
Man TP and you guys are amazing. Wish I could have this much fun.
A perfect model, sounds absolutely fantastic just like a proper turbofan engine amazing how much difference running on electric rather than fuel has made to the authentic Flight characteristics, look and sound of the bottle in the air.
Only one word to describe this; Spectacular.
9:40 it you play it in slow motion, it looks just like the real thing. ♥
Amazing build and aircraft, the power output is really on point!

Way to go Ramy RC! Awesome job, impeccable detail in all aspects..Ultimate Craftmanship Sir. Thank you!

What else can you ask for this “Beast”? You did a great job bro. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Wow, Ramy is the best man to build fast great real electric jet's ! Very nice fly with break smoke !
Spanking!!! Well done builder and pilot
Amazing bit of craftsmanship. Flying was ace too!
Absolute magic guys, so beautiful and so very well done to you Folks for this amazing craft!
My Favorite video from RC and Tyler so far. I Love this Plane 🛩 🛬 ✈️ 🛫
My favorite aircraft to jump out off. Great build. Just watching it fly reminds of my time jumping out of them.
You have made a lovely job of that plane. Well done..
I would love to see a video on how you transport an aircraft like this!
Hell Yah!! Sweet flying, Mr. Perry! More than just a pretty face.
As someone who worked on the C17 back in the day, I like it. Cheers!
Every video never fails to amaze me, amazing work.
Sounds about like the real ones. Excellent job. I live next to Ft Bragg and see them often.
You are incredibly talented, which I'm sure you hear often.
What an awesome build. It looks and sounds fantastic. So very cool.
It is cool to see how much of a difference in landing the flaps make.
fantastic build and flight well done guys

Lumbers majestically like a beautiful C-17. looks awesome
Those flaps sure slow it down nicely, looks like a real on coming in on a approach
Wow, I think our best work ever!!! She looks like she flies amazingly.

Some cant even get a UMX that low. Tylers an amazing pilot
Brilliant work and excellent flying!!! 👏🏾
FINALLY, an RC plane you can get hands inside to work on. Brilliant.
Ramy and team - another v impressive creation. Really well done!🇮🇪
Amazing build, as always! and great flying Tyler: I love your "no fox" given attitude ; )
Absolutely stunning!
Amazing workmanship as usual and
the aircraft looks so realistic in flight.
Superb 👏😍
An amazing effort, Ramy. Beautiful - even with electric fans rather than turbines!
What a beautifully finished project. The workmanship is amazing and a credit to you. Would love to see the Globey come to Australia!
Goddamn is Tyler Perry a good RC pilot. Fortunately he has a good builder too 😅
an amazing job of making and the end result is outstanding including your pilot skills, so pretty to watch and very best wishes from NZ
Ty looks like he is ready for world masters and team master with remy yall did great very well done
Omg this the Modelflight Walhalla. Absolutely incredible 😊😊😊
I grew up seeing these fly over my house from McCord AFB nearly everyday.
Nádherný realistický let ! Jeden z nejhezčích letových projevů, co jsem kdy viděl ... blahopřeju !
Great job Ramy and Tyler!
WOW...Totally unbelievable. Well done all
Impressive build!! My 1/5 scale Zirolli Beach D18/C45 would sit under one wing. That's crazy huge!!! lol
The third flight and landing was so cool! Beautiful plane…
Ramy, that is absolutely beautiful! I had an initial thought, "next step real turbines" but modern EDFs are so good now, nah! Loved the low passes. Next step, airborne deploy of (model) soldiers and tanks. :-) Congratulations!
Amazing plane Ramy and great flying there Taylor,, absolutely a amazing looking plane guys well done
