Wow! This is by far one of my favorite productions of this scene, it really gets across that they're ACTUALLY in love, unlike so many other versions where it's shown as manipulative and creepy or as cheap humor, that ending was phenomenal.
i love love love how Ernst gets Hanschen to just hold him at the end. and the drawn-out laughter part. it's so real. probably my favorite staging of this scene
H. James Woodsum that part was so sweet i’m crying
Honestly? Better characterization and staging than the original Broadway production
Azriel Apap couldn’t have said it better myself. This shit makes me whole
this is probably the most wholesome Word of Your Body(reprise) i’ve ever seen
this is so pure. i need to sit down
It’s sad when you’re so lonely that you get your fill of love from this. I don’t speak Spanish but you don’t need to. God it’s so beautiful.
Fun fact: it’s easier to hit the high notes in this version because the vowel is different. Something I learned
*and the award for best vineyard scene goes to...*
I love this so much??? It's so loving like aaaaahhh I love how they just embrace like that in the end
O M G.
The bass, the staging, the cuddle EEEK. I can speak the language, there’s not need to. It speaks for itself. So good... better than OBC
omigod I loved this version so much!! :')
also that head twist at "Gatito" dayum lol
THANK YOU FOR REMINDING ME THAT THIS EXISTS
As a spanish speaker, "gatito" adds the touch lol
Such an emotional performance, because of your amazing chemistry. Pure as it can be ...
Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it :)
i dont even understand what language this is but i love it so much its my favorite thing
It's in Spanish :) The script is literally the same as the original in English though. Thank you so much for watching it!
Spanish is the loving tongue.
@@jaczonnn as a native spanish speaker, im flattered
hermoso y puro
love seeing the translations for these lyrics
OMG, I love this Hanschen.
This was the sweetest version yet 🥺
I’m not crying, you’re crying
The worst part of the song is where it ends.
Audibly went “aww”
Great Arturo, the best interpretation I have seen of this. :)
the head spin at "soy como un gatito" lmao hänschen wtf
This is a tender scene whereas the some of others look more predatory or manipulative. Good work gentlemen
Rewatching all the versions of woybr that I watched when I first got into spring awakening and damn this one still holds up as the best haha
Also,, the LIGHTING is SO GOOD like I gasped a lil
Podria suplir sin problema y con mucho gusto el papel de Hänschen :)
aight, here are the lyrics very very literally translated by my native english speaker self:
agita el placer
stir up the pleasure
mi boca vas a conocer
you will know my mouth
acariciando el sueño que puedes oír la voz del el deseo
caressing the dream, you can hear the voice of the wish
oh, voy a lastimarte
oh, i'm gonna hurt you
oh, tú me lastimáras
oh, you're gonna hurt me
oh, yo voy a herirte
oh, i'm gonna wound you
oh, me herida tú serás
oh, you'll be my wound
"Deseo" in this context means "desire" in Spanish. So it's something a little bit more like: "can you hear the voice of desire?". :)
@@arturovaldemar oh, yeah, thanks for the correction dude!
@@hooey4362 Hey, no prob! Your translation was spot on! :)
3:44 mmmMmMmMm yo se 😂
Hanschen is HOT
not to pull Danganronpa in this, but this dynamic reminds me of Komahina lmaoo
im here for a Spanish assignment, I shouldn't be comparing this to Danganronpa
Yes, I’m gay
As you should
can someone give the lyrics?
In Spanish:
"Agita el placer,
mi boca vas a conocer..
Acariciando el sueño que, puedes oír la voz del deseo..
Oh, voy a lastimarte,
oh, tú me lastimarás.
Oh, yo voy a herirte,
oh, mi herida tú serás..."
That's right ?
thank you!
