Yeah, TK said that also. I wonder if the new batches of the tensor G3 are made better. Either way, im hoping the thermal control in future pixels keep improving. The dreaded gps, hotspot, and spotify/youtube combo still overheats my 8 pro.

My friend recently bought Pixel 8 Pro (On sale for 800€) and when I compare the feel of their device with my Pixel 7 Pro, it also feels a lot snappier. I assume it's just the amount of apps and bloat I've accumulated over the year.
Now I need to also say that my P7P doesn't feel slow at all, it's fast and snappy. I've seen the same level of "degradation" on my other friends iPhone 11 when they were upgrading to iPhone 13. Until we have repairable storage and battery on our phones, we won't be able to battle these sorts of degradations. But heck, even my old Xiaomi Mi9 still feels plenty fast and in that sense I think my P7P will last me at least 4 more years as I plan to only upgrade once the EU repairability law comes into effect.

@@korysovec storage I agree. If we can replace the storage and it not costing so much it be great, battery is a bit easier with just getting a battery swap done. I wish Google would make the Tensor based Pixels with 7 years support. I think that be a good move.

@@scottritcey5166 No problems at all. I get a good connection on At&t, T-Mobile, & Verizon. I haven't tested it on Dish but it does support Dish's native network
