how did you turn on the notifications on the watch?
Go to your device settings in the watch app and then click on message notifications. Then enable the notifications.
If that doesn't work first go to your permission settings in the phone and give the watch app access to your phone and your notifications .
As stupid as one can make it. To sell a watch with no instructions and then use info on net held so it is illlegible then add “if it dies not work go to-- what moron developed this plan? Laughing he must be.

Just found out that it has a choices to be connected..working on my hubby android phone i mean i can see the display of the messages and call but when i try to connect it on my ios its not i only hear the call and notification but i cannot see the display on the screen..

The app should be on then phone...and if you can't see the heart rate monitor on thr watch you should try resetting the watch

Yes it has...the heart rate monitoring is a function available on the watch and you can check your monitored data on the watch app which you can install on your iPhone

If I get your question well, you're not supposed to take a picture instead just go to the barcode on the watch, open your camera and it should be able to identify the barcode and direct you to the site for installing the app

Hi, by any chance have you experienced the device suddenly dies and just vibrate? Do you have any idea on how to fix the problem?
Sometimes it might be a battery being low. So to fix that just connect it the charger or use a different charger, it might be that the charger is not okay

It could be having too many background Apps and notifications so try limiting that.
It could also be that the screen brightness is too high or having always on-display feature turned on . So reduce these
If these don't work,try a different charger.
Lastly, if that doesn't work too the best option is to just change the watch.

I have a similar watch, if it's a message you want to see on the watch just go to your settings on the app and turn on your notifications from whatever app you want to read messages on the watch from, if it's WhatsApp allow notifications and they should be able to appear on the watch if someone sends you a message
I have the same problem, when I swipe it, it shows messages, not to turn on or turn off dual mode 😢
If not appearing there, check among the watch icons and you'll a Bluetooth like icon click on it and you should find the dual mode

How can I change the clock dial face
1.Go to your watch app
2. Click on "Me" option
3. Select "Dial" option
4. Go to the last option on "DIY dial" option
5. Select any picture you want from your phone and save it. It'll upload that picture to the watch and it'll be saved as the clock dial face.
you can also change the text colour from there.
Thank you for taking the time to reply but I don't have the dial option on the app, I have searched every option on the app and watch, I jave decided to return it fir this reason as I hate the big clock numbers.

Check your internet connection and make sure it's stable.
Try using a VPN.
If that doesn't work:
Reset your smartwatch and reinstall the app.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone .
Lastly you can also check permissions to see if the HryFine app has the necessary permissions to access your device's location, storage and Bluetooth.

How can I delete my contacts in my Y13vsmartwatch
1. Go to your watch app
2. select 'device settings'
3. seclect "phone book"
4. in the phone book option, click on the on the edit icon on your top right corner next to sync button. you'll get options 1.Add 2. Import 3. Delete
5. select the delete option and pick the contacts you wish to delete on the watch. After that click cancel to go back, and then the sync buton to update your changes on the watch.
Done!
If that doesn't work just reset your watch and everything should be back to normal, good as new

To put the password (pin code) go to your settings and you'll see the option for password on number 8.
From there you can put any numbers that you like.
