This video really feels like an expose of the fact that every previous video in this series was some horrific form of self-inflicted torture. BudgetMC is almost in tears at chopping down an oak tree with an stone axe, hope this series gets all the love it deserves
@ smithing tables only require wood and iron, so he can get toolsmith villagers, who sell pickaxes, axes, shovels and hoes made of stone, iron and diamond, with the iron and diamond ones being enchanted. Unfortunately he can't get the armourer or weaponsmith villagers though since both require stone. So he can't get swords or armour by that route.
Hey Budget! I don't know if this information could be useful for the world, but you can spawn bee nests by growing oak trees next to flowers. It would be beautiful to watch this new animal in your environment, since you also have the advantage of having silk touch. Keep going!
@@chopperbrosadvance9760 I had this happen in a skyblock world, I couldn't really do anything about it apart from covering the tree, which did not look very nice. That's why I mention silk touch here, to move the bee nests to a place where the bees are safe.
Hint For Slime Farm: Slimes are aggressive to iron golems and also they drop slime even if killed via campfires. So you can have an iron golem dangling in the middle and a huge hole underneath it with hoppers and campfires on top and boom fully automatic slime farm
If not in a hurry (this is a slow pace world), they move randomly and fall to the pit sooner or later, the golem or player bait is not mandatory. Open trapdoors work fine, they see them as full blocks.
If you fish up a water bottle, you can use it on dirt to make mud. If you get pointed dripstone from a wandering trader, you can then use that to convert the mud into clay so you have access to a new block! Can't smelt it unfortunately with no stone, but instead if you combine mud and wheat in a crafting square you can get packed mud, which you can make mud bricks with! Another cool decoration block to build with and have new stairs, slabs, and walls with.

The amount of moss he'd need for that would take ages. However, if he can get a shepherd that sells green wool, he can make green carpets for the same general effect.
For the calico, I had one just like her named Genny. It was short for Genocide. She was violent towards everyone but me, and was the best cat up until she passed a few years ago. ❤

one thing that's funny about true one block or no structure superflat is you get access to irons but you have no access to stones whatsoever. Playing this challenge really makes you appreciate stones in minecraft more because you can't craft so many things without them.
It’s hard to tell how much this series means to me. It reminds me of a simpler and easier time. There are a lot of MC channels out there but usually there are so disconnected from the MC I played years ago. This feels like old school MC but there are still surprises, that I enjoy very much. So happy to see another video! The sheep barn is a 10/10, and I can’t wait for the livestream! Keep doing what you do, every upload and post is 100% always worth waiting for. Making a slime farm is definitely a great idea as well!
The dedication to this world is truly amazing! I'm looking forward to seeing it further develop. For the cat names, I had two named Sassy and Jesse who passed last year so they're the first that come to mind. Congrats on iron and cheers to a successful future!
I have a suggestion. Since you already have access to white wool with string I think it would be really cool if you dyed the sheep using the red dye and/or the other dyes sold by the wandering traders to get a renewable source of colorful blocks to build with! There is also a chance for shepherd villagers to trade any of the colors of wool as well but leveling them up to only have a small chance to get the one you want could be very annoying lol.
You bring a wholesome, honest excitement to your videos that has been lost by the rest of youtube. This is a truly unique and heartwarming series, keep it up!
EDIT: I'm dumb, had a mod that allowed zombie pigmen to be cured I guess. I'm not sure if you've tried this, and it would be brutally grindy, I think, but by converting enough pigs into zombified pigmen and farming them, you could acquire a stack or two of gold bars. You could then cure one of the zombie pigmen and barter with it for 5 minutes before it turns back into a zombie. That would give you a sizeable quantity of a bunch of good things, but the ones that stick out to me are gravel (to make coarse dirt --> dirt), obsidian (i.e. a nether portal), and blackstone (to make a furnace).
I think I have watched your videos at least five times each, and I was super excited to see you have posted again! Truth be told, I am not *actively* watching them since the second or so, but I put them on on my TV when I go to sleep. I struggle at times with anxiety and it helps me relax and sleep to hear you playing Minecraft. Also, ngl, but the whole premise is pretty cool, this is why I started watching. :-)
Some tips: 1) If you can get hands on some gravel you can craft rooted dirt with twobdirts and two gravel 2) you can zobifie and cure a vilager to get a discounts on the tredes 3) you should make compose bin to turn exes saplings or leafs into bonemeal
1) unfortunately, there is no way to get gravel in his world. 2) True, but curing villagers in his world is a monumental PITA, because not only does he have to use a witch to apply weakness (since he can't brew potions), he also has to get his gold by converting pigs to zombified piglins.
@ Gravel is not available from villager trading. Piglins barter gravel but that is no use to him because he can't get to the nether. Villagers sell golden carrots, but not golden apples.
@ and he can't get to the nether without lava/obsidian. And he has no way to get lava or obsidian, at least not without glitches or snapshot shenanigans.
Hey man, for the slime farm, instead of attracting the slimes yourself, just use iron golems trapped somewhere the mobs can see them but not hit them in order to draw them to some hole or smt. It's a pretty simple farm, and there's plenty of yt tutorials out there! Love your videos!
and with wool comes colored wool. COLORS. Im so excited to see different trees and a huge farm surrounding your island(random farmers walking about doing the farming would add so much life), making it seem like it goes on forever until it reaches the tree borders. Maybe even 1 'biome' per QUARTER of your square grid
I'm really happy that you build in this series. All progression ends at making building easier, and making stuff with the blocks you have available puts the progress into perspective
To create a sense of elevation, you could have the area surrounding the main platform be elevated/layered but keep the main area down somewhat, making it a sort of valley. Maybe that'd even make the starting area stand out a bit more? Could name it "Church Valley" or something cooler than that (I'm terrible at naming things), just a suggestion but you should do whatever you think works best for you! Oh yeah this is my first comment on this channel. Love the series so far!
If you have a campfire you can start to farm a honey and waxcomb to have more block. Just put a flower beside a growing tree sappling then you have a chance to get a bee hive. And in a future you can need to have some honey blocks. Good luck with that world!
For the future / end of the world I want to see a collection of every single item you can get starting from a single grass block. Even if that’s really difficult with wandering villager trades I think that as an end goal would be awesome.
Not really. But having the farm with 100 blocks of other beds and workstations can increase the footprint of the village, causing golems to spawn outside of the spawning area you want. Always best to put iron farms off on their own somewhere.
I have watched every episode of this series and it inspired me to do my own skyblock world (regular not one block). This is one of the most entertaining and eye catching Minecraft series I‘ve seen in a while!
For when you build the slime farm, you can make it fully automatic since slimes try to attack iron golems. It's an easy way to get slimes to a killing chamber without too much effort.
Been loving the series, but by the way, you might want to redo your iron farms collection. There will be items that will get caught ontop of the campfire unless it has a hopper under it. Plus another tip is to dye your sheep to get colored wool every time you shear that sheep, and then you have more colored blocks to play with!
Bear in mind when naming the cats: ginger cats are (apparently) mostly male, and calico cats (that's the white one with the orange and black patches) are *overwhelmingly* female, due to needing two copies of the X chromosome to activate that coat pattern. There's the dreaded possibility of Klinefelter syndrome to make a male calico, but that's a one in 3000 chance. I'd call them Arnold and Pandora, but that's usually the names I'll give to chickens obtained from chicken jockeys in a world that otherwise wouldn't spawn passive mobs other than rabbits.
Hello! Not sure if anyone commented this yet, but you can plant a poppy or any other flower next to a tree to get bees! (You will need to try a couple of times until you get it, I think it's a 5% chance) Then you can put a campfire under it and use shears or bottles to get honey related blocks :)

Just never got around to it. 😂 Edit: Iron farms really need to be atleast 100 to 150 blocks away from other beds and workstations. As it can change the border of the village and cause golems to spawn outside of your spawn area.
For the torches you have everywhere, instead of having them on the surface you could replace a block with a trapdoor and place the torch under that. Trapdoors let through light so they could still block the snow. The downside is each torch coverage would be 2 tiles smaller so you'd need more, and the difficulty in building underneath the floor to place the torch.
You can use an iron golem to attract slimes, so it can be fully afk without needing the player present. Also I hope you built your iron golem farm in the spawn chunks, that way it will be loaded and work anywhere you are in the world.
YESSS NEW VIDEOOOOOOOOO thank you for all the work your putting in this world and sharing it with us. I hope you enjoy playing on this world and filming. Keep it up!
Hey, I have a suggestion about snow and fox issues: you can try and make a "glass roof" at the top of your world. You can use spider strings as a cheap alternative. If I remember correctly, you can place string while it's floating. So overall, just makr a string roof at the top of the world
You can break the villager's job block to turn them back to a regular villager and give the block back to reset them, instead of sending them to heaven.
This series would be fun to play if a modpack was made to make the start better. (Quick save and savestates maybe?) And maybe a mod to make wandering trader not awful. Maybe obtainable lava?

For lighting, you can put light sources under moss carpets, which would make your farmland area look more nature-y
normal carpet is easier to get in this world, but yes, lightsource with carpet over the top is the way to go
The amount of moss he'd need for that would take ages. However, if he can get a shepherd that sells green wool, he can make green carpets for the same general effect.
That's fair, but doesnt bonemealing moss make moss carpet? It's probably a little tedious and shearing sheep does sound a lot simpler

This most epic journey love u dude

You can break the villager's job block to turn them back to a regular villager and give the block back to reset them, instead of sending them to heaven.
This series would be fun to play if a modpack was made to make the start better. (Quick save and savestates maybe?) And maybe a mod to make wandering trader not awful.
Maybe obtainable lava?
maybe starting with a stack of snow block and few wooden shovel?
