Cold brewed Why Aye Man. 50grms of 15 grind size (Kyups) to 600ml Vrita filtered water for about 30 hours. Flavour delightfully soft and well rounded with a subtle sweetness, no acidity. Must buy some more Why Aye Man. 9/10

Love this!! Great to hear the experiment worked. I haven’t made any cold brew in a while must try this

I have tried both coffees and I agree quite closely with your tasting views. I brew mine one of 2 ways, Moka or aeropress and I find the later my preferred method, using 15grms of 10 grind size (Krups). I was interest in your thoughts about Why Aye Man as the coffee had reduced in temperature, which has made me decide to make a cold brew. I'll post a comment when done. Well done GPA, Northside and Stevie.

It’s funny, the flavours really get more pronounced on the cool down, I can imagine the why aye pet will be quite fruity as a cold brew! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts
