I wouldn't trust an 8 minute build. A 12 minute build maybe.
10 minutes is perfect

A "manned drone" is an impossibility. If it has a pilot onboard, it's not a drone.
Now if you called it a manned quadcopter (or octocopter in this case), then that's OK.
