Lol 😎🌴 get ready for the NJ and NY jokes we dont take it easy on yall! 😅😅 depending on budget : boca, cape coral , naples , sarasota, lake county are great options
Jose, next time your down South take Old Cutler Road North to Coconut Grove. Its a beautiful drive. If you can stop by Coco Plum and there you will see homes that are over 10 million dollars. Tahiti Beach is also in Coco Plum and the homes there are over 14 million. Maybe if you keep the accent the guards will let you in.
I actually love Kendall! The rents are much cheaper because you're out of Miami . But still very accessible if you have a vehicle ! Not Pinecrest so much though
none of those laws are enforced.. like the alabama one where you cant take your shoes off.. i do all the time and cops have seen me get into my car barefoot before
That's what I love about Florida ☝🏾 When they are developing an area they do their best to preserve the natural surroundings ☝🏾Here they tear everything down then start from scratch planting again which doesn't make sense 🤔
Nice One, they came from a poor country and they live Luxury. Living in a million dollars home and selling mangos 😎 I'm also from a poor country and I'm coming to USA Florida Miami Pinecrest in 2026...😎🤣😜😜
When you came out of Pinecrest and said I am in Miami you are not it is The City of South Miami . Which is a whole other city than The City of Miami. I am not sure but you looked like you were at the end of video reaching the corner of SW 67 Avenue and US1
This does not show the average Hispanic who as a majority in Florida are in the middle class or below as in majority America . These are majority wealthy from other Latin American countries who are throwing their wealth out of their shithole countries and creating a real estate bubble . Let’s not forget Miami was the epicentre of the real estate crash and it’s going to happen again. Also price per square foot is the price of an average home here where I live where it’s predominantly Asians . Asians are far more successful that Latinos in every possible way but they don’t brag like latinos do
Just found this channel. It’s freaking awesome! My wife and I wanna move to central Florida from Jersey. I never ever wanna see snow again
