Lovely as usual Grandma Joanne . Happy new year ❤💐 What is the difference between this co and the long tail co or the knit purl co,.. etc? When to use it ?
I prefer the long tail cast because it's sturdy and and somewhat sturdy. The knitted cast on tends to leave loops but many instructions ask you to use it. In any event, I show both.
@@JoannesWeb thanks. My knitting is getting more even with practice, but I still struggle with a cast on that's too tight. Knitting with any finer fibers (finding or smaller) s still a stressful tension nightmare for me as well.
Thank you for this. I am 70 and learnt something new in knitting today 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌺🌺🌺🌺
This is exactly how I do the knitted cast on. Great tutorial! Thanks for sharing!
Easy way oh i love it
It seemed to me at first time difficult, but when u explained it ,it becomes too much easy thank u a lot
I learned this casting on in a knitting lesson, it's the easiest way for me as I am a new knitter.
I have never seen a cast on this way, I really like it, I think I'll try it
💝
Thank you so much I waist so much yarn with long tail cast on! This is the best!

Thank you I going to try it again
This is cool. How does this compare to the long-tail (I think that's what it's called) cast-on? Is it more or less loose? More or less stretch? Etc.

It's a matter of practice. Let go of tension. Once you get it, it's a joy to knit.
Wonderful, thanks sooooo much 🥰😘👏
Yay!!! Great tutorial
Thanks!
This the method I always use. I'm not as fast as you but I don't like it
I meant to say that I do like it best
