- Change of approach for this race!! No chasing specific times, just going out, enjoying it and being competitive.

Race number - put a magazine between the front and back of the running shirt. Stops the safety pins joining the two together and gives a smooth surface

What works for me with the number is to put the shirt over the steering wheel... Great running...

It was pretty spot on, just a little wind to deal with
I love how you look like your pushing all the way and not one of these annoying folk on here who talk and wave ect like they are out a stroll it’s meant to be a race for racing 😂 that’s how I am as well when running just focused on the way round, great running well done 👍
