In this video I return to the muddy country roads of Ruthin to race a 5k. Back in September 2023 I set the course record and placed first in a time of 15:52. Can I do it again?

Finley is one of the top U13s in the country. So big thumbs up to him shredding up the 5k.

How do you rate the On cloud shoes compared to the Vaporfly over 5k?
I was so impressed with him, quality runner and such a nice kid! Definitely one to look out for in the future.
Both are great shoes and I enjoy racing in both but the On’s are edging it currently with how aggressive they feel and over 5k that’s something I look for. I sway toward the Vaporflys for my sessions though
