Thanks for this video, I couldn't believe how many goofs I saw on my first watch, you've managed to capture so many more. Makes me very worried for Scream 6, this team doesn't seem to be as on top of things as I would hope..
I'm new to your channel and love this video. You picked some great goofs. There's also one when Liv is shot, her blood splatters on the wall and she drops to the floor. Later on, that wall is completely clean and her body is nowhere to be seen when Mindy walks by. I really like your suggestions for the future of Scream! Those would have been stories to follow! I hope the Mark she's married to is NOT Kincaid, and we learn that as a surprise later on. It just seems to contrived in the franchise and not based on reality. Yet, I like your idea of him being a killer and having been the backup in Scream 3. Roman is a very weak killer to me, so to know he had backup then would make more sense, but perhaps, too much time has passed for that storyline. You should consider writing your own SCREAM Fan Fiction. I'd definitely read it. I'm subbed now! 💜

Tbh I agree with you about ghost-face kidnapping Sidney, because ghostface and Sidney didn’t have much of an interaction, just the staircase scene when Richie is revealed. So it would had made sense for her to be kidnapped, but not also kidnapped but a chase scene like in the first movie were she runs upstairs, but this time she gets caught, like some sort of call back to the first, and it would had made sense for Gale to go the house after a phone call with ghostface. And when she gets there she’s the one who’s shooting everything and that’s how it leads to richies reveal.

Right! I cut it out but I went on a ramble about how they want a new cast but rely way too much on part one. Billy‘s daughter just happens to have a sister that’s friends with Randy’s niece and nephew and Randy’s nephew just happens to date a girl who dated Stu’s stalker nephew and they have a friend who lives in Stu’s house and they just happen to be friends with Judy Hicks’ son. Like REALLY?! 😂
U captured more fuck ups then I ever did but the stab storyline didn’t make sense at all even in 4 it felt like they pushed bullshit into it. I hope 6 does better. Also your humour is everything ❤
there's an error when Dewey and Gail are having a conversation outside the hicks' house. when Gail says im sorry about judy, she's looking straight ahead and when the camera cuts to the next shot, she's looking to the side. interesting channel, im new here 👋

I started to put that Gale says to Sam “did you know the sheriff?” referring to Judy but then is confused as to why Dewey isn’t in uniform… but thought maybe when he came back from New York, Judy was already sheriff and he was just a deputy. Great stuff man. But I don't think Neve will be in 6 maybe 7. But honestly what I'd love to see this series do, is return the MTV Series and bring back Emma Duval. Willa's a doll and doesn't complain :). I'd love a Season 3/4, then interpret Ghostface into that series as it's own origin story and do a huge battle with 'em vs. the Lakewood Slasher. That's more interesting than anything Sidney imo. I don't dislike Sidney, just her story's been told and anything Neve now I skip over because it's the same news story lol. Plus the Brandon James mask was a combination of Ghostface and Michael Myers masks O.O. Interesting fact. Cool to know how much mistakes one movie can make if you pay attention. I do hope they do better in 6.
I liked the original Scream Tv show too, season 3 was terrible but the first two seasons were really good. My favorite character was Noah and I really liked Brooke, i was always worried for her bc she was the most likely to die out of the main cast.
in scream 4 it wasnt said that Sidney was only in stab 1-3, they said that stab 1-3 were the only movies based on sidney prescotts real life, so she was probably also in the other installments just that they were not based on real life events... besides that good video !
I actually have been saying g for awhile they need to use a returning character as the killer. Since they have never actually used a returning character fans just assume any returns r not the killer and it will be a new character makes it a bit predictable
Right! Like even if not Mark, maybe Mindy could of been in on it and she was suppose to live and be the “Randy” to Amber or something. Obviously that basement scene throws that idea out the window but something like that and we don’t know until the sequel that they were in on it.
BRETT! Guuuurrrlll! Ive been saying all along Det. Kincaid was NOT JUST the other killer...BUT SIDNEYS ACTUAL HALF BROTHER! Think about the age a brother would have to be. Roman is only a year or two older than Sid. Whereas Mark fits the 5year marker presented for Rena/Maureen to move and start over. Roman was roped in by Kincaid. As it was to make an unbelievable twist to his installment to the Stab franchise. Roman was all in as Det. Kincaid would have something to hold over Roman. It is suggested that Roman was not the most pure of heart towards his interactions with actresses, as Judy/Jennifer/Gale implied. Think of the psychological damage thatd throw Sid into?! DUN DUN DUN DDDRRRAAAMMMAAAA!
OH...the thing about being stabbed and missing vitals....It happens more often than not. unless put up against a wall or floor, most stabbings do not penetrate organs. Organs are pretty resilient and squishy things.
Right!!! Psychological damage for sure, I think it could upgrade the franchise. Patrick Dempsey and Neve are both incredible actors, so it would really give the franchise a fresh Sidney start. Also the organ thing, I’m married to an ER doctor… they would need an immediate CT or ultrasound at the hospital to confirm there was no internal bleeding. They definitely needed the stretcher over Mindy. Lol.
I’m still completely baffled by what they’ve done to Neve regarding Scream 6. She and Dewey and Gale are the franchise, I don’t care what anyone else says about letting “Sidney be happy” and all those ridiculous remarks. She better be in it!
Right! Scream having the returning cast over and over made it meaningful. It’s the most non problematic franchise as far as continuity and cast. I don’t think they realized how many times fans rewatched the first 4 movies, all being SIDNEY based. Sidney is Scream, sometimes when I watch Scream 5 I just skip to the Dewey death scene bc I know that means Gale and Sidney are finally on screen for good. They made close to a billion dollars off the characters story line when you combine all box office numbers, but don’t wanna pay her. They just want to use her for marketing. 🤞🏼🤞🏼Hopefully she’s in Scream 6.
Yes! I get that every franchise has to move forward, but all franchises eventually end and they don’t have to cut out the core (Sidney) to move forward in a cool way. Even Wes always said he saw Sidney being in every film, because it started with her and should end with her. Even if she isn’t so central in the latter films.

I agree… Sam/Melissa is gorgeous, the camera loves her but her acting chops? Not so good. Neve Campbell is dazzling to watch in the role of Sidney, even relegated to barely any screen time like in Scream 5, she made it worth watching!

I totally agree with the mistakes you mentioned. The one that struck me the most was the fact that Sam had visions of Billy looking like when he died. Even if she’s seen pictures of him on the Internet, it doesn't make much sense. And the one that makes me laugh the most is Sidney and Gale sitting calmly when they were stabbed and shot lol

Judys character could have easily been in stab 8, they could just bring her in as a character without making stab 8 based on real life events.. she was definitly becoming famous or getting public attention due to the events of scream4... so that is also easy to explain, also judy is not a legacy character
It is easy to example but Mindy and the RUclips video Richie is watching, both say Stab 8 has nothing to do with previous movies nor real life… but they could say in Scream 6 that Judy was in it and fix that error. Easy to fix, but based just on what was said in this movie alone, it doesn’t make sense.

lol- I only do the goofs of movies I like… not a hater, just keeping it real. If you can’t see the errors in the things you love, then you’re in denial. I’m glad the Scream franchise is back but they dropped the ball on sticking to the continuity of the previous films. Hopefully Scream 6 fixes some errors, but I do like Scream 5 for what it is.
