Please never stop making these videos. This channel is getting better and better, I'm telling you, I love the new comeback. I feel less alone, less of a failure, and as you said, even though it's not real, I somehow connect with you, it's kinda like talking to a friend who understands you and knows how it is. I have a terrible issue with self steam, I don't think I'm capable of anything and that breeds a lot of anxiety and depression. I fucked up a relationship because I thought I wasn't happy, when in fact I wasn't happy with myself. Thank you for everything. I wish we could hang in real life lol.

Amazing video, brother! This has been one of your best videos (or maybe the best one!). Thank you very much. All we need is an apple like this video everyday to keep negative thoughts away! If I were you, I'd just unleash the child in me and jump face first into the mud and the water (without injuring myself)!

Just happen to find your channel now. You have incredible insight and a unique way of presenting it. Don’t stop making these videos, they are so valuable. I did the Camino a number of years back and without a doubt, it was the most profound experience of my life. “Just walking” for a month really left me re-energized to take on life again. Although, I have to say that it’s probably time for another similar venture. Anyhow. Take care and look after yourself.

Long-term stress (chronic) can shorten your life, and may also contribute to early dementia. I know this first-hand... I'm age 58 and I developed PPA-Logopenic (an FTD), and I've been given a prognosis of 2 to 3 years to live. ADHD has been with me most of my life, but I took the stressful route, attempting to live a normal life no matter how stressful it became for me. IMHO, you have chosen your life path wisely. Best wishes.

Really resonate with the part at 6:40 where you talked about getting lost in day to day life and losing your self. Happened this summer. I couldn’t always be physically alone so I would put my headphones in and listen to music. I would do this for my walks (there always seemed to be people around) and when I painted. This faked solitude really helped.

Your production and videography have got to another level, not to mention how much your videos have helped me clear out my own cobwebs, even before the pandemic. Im 35, lived alone for 3 years now, no kids, diagnosed with inattentive ADD at 30, troubles with addiction.... I wouldn't have it any other way.

Simplifying my life is definitely the best thing I have done for myself, despite having the biggest FOMO. And I do wish I could work part-time so I could focus more on creative hobbies. I hope to somehow find a way to do that or, in best case scenario, retire early and move to the woods to become a shaman or a wizard 😂

Omg wow, you just said 1 sentence that has really resonated with me and I can feel it in my soul. Just simply saying “It’s ok, and you’re gonna be alright” has given me the motivation to continue down my path of getting a diagnosis. I’m 42yrs old and have only come to the realisation that I may have ADHD in the last 18months. I’ve been waiting for the “formal diagnosis” for about the same amount of time, but the amount of research I have sought has all led me to the self diagnosis stage. After being diagnosed with a lot of the standard co-morbidities associated with ADHD, such as depression, anxiety, low self esteem, type 2 diabetes and the list just goes on. I really feel I can relate to your content, and out look on life. It seems to really resonate with me and I just wanted to comment on here to let you know, you’re doing a great job and have really helped me. Thank you from the deepest roots of my soul 👍😇

Love your new content (and your old content ofc) 🤩 I think it was a great idea to make these kinds of videos! Your insight on mental health topics is great imo! I especially appreciate your commentary on introversion. I still feel like there's a lot of pressure from society to go out every weekend and be hypersocial, or at least a pressure to spend most of your free time WITH someone else instead of alone. I prefer to spend most of my free time alone, and people around me think I'm weird 😅 Anyways, I feel more grounded after watching your content, and I think I'm not alone in that. You are always very calm and reassuring, which makes for a great influencer imo!

Sorry, I hope it's ok to ask as I know you have moved on from the ADHD stuff, but do you ever days like where all your self defense and coping methods don't work and it's just like pure emotion / racing thought / images etc? To me it feels like I have lost all my 'armour'. I feel ashamed by it being a man, as I get overwhelmed with emotions. I have been struggling with it for ages now.
