I don't always eat just one meal a day, but in general, I do practice intermittent fasting everyday.

you are talking shit, I saw your other video. there is no way you have adhd. you are dangerous trying to cash into some kind of trend.
stop it mate. your messing with peoples minds. i'd love for me and you to talk and show you how normal, and not, it is. stop fucking with people

I love this approach. I am making an appt asap for diagnosis of adhd. I have a referral now. I have started and stopped weight training, intermittent fasting, keto and other lifestyle habits over and over again over the years. I know that my undiagnosed adhd is a huge contributor to that inconsistency. I easily get overwhelmed by life, emotions, switching focus between this, that and “oh look, a butterfly!” I like many or most fellow adhd-ers can’t balance the less pleasant things in life with the things that we enjoy and are healthy for us. I get sidetracked by a pressing issue or stress in my life, and boom, I get sidetracked from weight training for months to a year or more. I’ve also struggled with binge eating, overall over eating and pornography. I don’t want any of them any more in my life. That dopamine seeking habit is for real.
So anyway, I started keto and IF about a month and a half ago, for the purpose of dropping lots of body fat. Currently 272 lbs (started at 286 before the keto and IF, on my way down to 200 lbs. I was and still am focused on optimizing my hormones (^^^^testosterone, vvvv estrogen etc), but something recently got me really focused on also finally getting diagnosed with adhd and getting treatment. I started weight training again recently. As I lose more fat slabs, and gain more energy and testosterone, it will get a lot easier to maintain a lifting routine. Again, love your approach bro, keep it up!!

I totally agree! The best I've ever felt was when I was eating right, sleeping, most important! Excersice made me feel tremendous. I had not looked at ADHD & I struggled with feeling good but not having the motivation to do ANYTHING! Even a video game seemed like a chore. I would play it mentally and feel no joy, so I don't do anything.

Sadly for me, my addiction is food and intermittent fasting caused me to binge whenever I do eat. Now I’m suffering from GERD issues.. and it’s bad. Coughing constantly, heartburn, asthma. I’m exhausted 😔 can’t take medication because my heart can’t handle stimulants. I feel so defeated. I used to think that if I keep trying, I’ll make it. Being in my 30s now, I’m not so sure anymore. I’m so tired.

If your interested in this I suggest reading the book Entitled :The Hidden Drug - Dietary Phosphate by Hertha Hafer originally written in German then translated into English

I have heard that many on the Autism spectrum have had great results with KETO-centric diets that focus on low amounts of sugar. I actually find it interesting though, because yesterday I had a bunch of apple cider and I felt at peace afterwards. I usually have a lot of fruit for hydration, but something about that apple cider made me feel great(maybe it helped with depression and not my ADHD).

I've been doing research on the carnivore diet and it is suggested that you start with keto or a modified version of keto and then go to carnivore to avoid what is called the carnivore flu. Basically where your body feels sick because it is adjusting to everything to the new diet you are feeding yourself. Been looking into doing it myself also.

Are you doing a ketogenic diet? Looks like your carb intake is very low, of you're eating once a day you're certainly going into ketosis for at least part of the day. I did keto for a while and it helped my health but not my ADHD symptoms. Maybe working out was the missing factor. Thanks for the videos!

I encourage you to try it again. Think about the specific foods you were typically eating the 1st time you tried it. I would definitely add in the weight training. Definitely supplement some brain enhancing and adhd friendly nutrients. Omega 3, with lots of EPA. 1000 mg of epa has been shown to help with adhd. Add in salmon or other omega three fats 1-3 times a week ish. Look into other brain supporting nutrients and amino acids. L-Tyrosine, l-theanine, etc

If you want to lvl up your healthy lifestyle then go vegan. Fish and diary are far from healthy plus now you are contributing to their bad quality of life, their.... wellness. Think about that Mr. Woke less bs talkie to the camera about being "better person". FFS I just can't stand people trying to be happier, less "mainstream" and at the same time being so stupid to promote eating other beings. They don't want live calm and good life, right? FFS... I am just disappointed with you people...

    • @ADHDMastery

Meat made our ancestor's brains get bigger and has esstential nutrients plants cannot provide. I was brainwashed into being vegan. Veganism is a leftist cult that guilt-trips humans into thinking their food choice is wrong when it's been eaten since the dawn of time. I hope you enter the new year in a less deluded and hateful mindset.✌️

@@ADHDMasteryI actually really liked your advice and video's about ADHD and I'm super thankful for that. Also this video seems really helpful, but reading your reply to this dissappoints me a bit. I'm vegan too because I don't want to cause unnecessesary harm to innocent beings that and believe it's the healthiest way to live. It is a fact that you can get every nutrient you need from plants and also enough protein. Of course you can make your own choices and no one is going to force you, but people calling it a leftist cult makes me really sad. I'm just trying my best
