26:39 ooo looks like they're working on the nuclear reactor i almost wonder if that empty space going under the stairs in the basement that's usually boarded off is going to be where the entrance to the reactor is, and it's just a placeholder right now. but it also seems like it's going to be something we only view and manage remotely, considering how the model of the reactor room is so small in this rendition.

You can see how much Dr. Nose was losing his mind in map Untitled_51, Untitled_151, and map 51. There's a lot of maps that just don't make any sense and or just complete nonsense.
Nah, that was the first tutorial or a prototype of it. The maps are in chronoligical order. This is very noticable with the coffee machine map, because the plug was added later, so there was no receptacle in the map to test the coffee machine properly. This also explains all of the broken stuff. The maps are supposed to test things, which got changed along the development of the game, so the maps don't work right.
