- Want to strengthen your core like a boxing champion? Add this core routine of 10 movements, inspired by Manny Pacquiao, to the end of your boxing training sessions. FightCamp Trainer Coach PJ will walk you through the first set, but if you are up for an ab challenge do this routine 2, 3, 4x back to back. If you are up for the PacMan challenge, you can do this ab workout up to 10 to 15 sets.

I did the first set with ease but did another set but without the timer . I did each exercise at 25 reps

This workout twice is enough, three if you wanna push yourself

I feel pain in my lower back when i do this. Should i stop or is it good?
Lower back hurts due to weak abdominal muscles. Keep doing this workout and your stomach muscles will take pressure off the back.

Any advise on not getting my thighs tired or cramped during the exercise?
It means they are not used to getting used
Keep doing these exercises to condition them and dont forgot to drink some water with salt to prevent cramps

Yes it will make your core stronger but if you want to take a punch better you have to breath
Is this good for a peson with big belly like me? I’m 80kg, I dunno if I should start a diet before doing this workout or do some other light workouts.
