- CHANDLER, Arizona -- Police in Arizona have released gigabytes of video interviews and other documents related to their investigation into the homicide of Charles Vallow, the former husband of Lori Vallow Daybell.
The documents came Tuesday after a Grand Jury indicted Daybell in June for conspiracy to murder for the July 11, 2019 shooting death of Vallow. Daybell's brother Alex Cox initially told Chandler Arizona Police he shot and killed Vallow in self-defense, but investigators say the evidence does not support the claim.

Charles had her dead to rights. He knew exactly what he was dealing with, and there is plenty record of his knowledge thank goodness. The police were told more than once. There is conversation between Charles, and Lori’s other brother Mark. From Lori’s nephew. Communications from Charles to his life insurance company. Charles email to Chad Daybell’s now deceased wife Tammy about their affair. Then everyone’s communications, and data. She will rot. Ohio will try her eventually, and she will be extradited back to AZ to face the charges there.

Exactly. If he was raging, she instigated it. Every word that seemed critical of her sounded like an attack to her as was proved over time, only revealed her crazy paranoia, of people doing to her what she in fact was doing to them.

Compare Lori's descriptions of Charles here, to Charles' descriptions of Lori on body cam. He talks about how much he loves her and is worried about her, despite her threats to murder him. She trashes her just-murdered husband of 14 years.
But all the detective had to do, according to Lori, is look at her phone to see all the "threats" Charles had made to her. Yeah, right.
I can’t believe at this moment in the video the cop is reviewing victim’s services with her!!! Wow wow wow wow the way they just didn’t even investigate anything at all regarding that poor man’s death- just filled out the paperwork and reached out like social services to the murderers.

I think it's a deep delusion that has become her reality, but I don't quite see how that could interfere with her going forward in a trial. But then I'm not a doctor or lawyer.

My guess is she’s trying to seem buddy-buddy with Lori to encourage her to open up. The less it seems like an interrogation the more people are likely to let their guard down and share.

The detective's role is to keep her talking to get as much information as possible. I think she was putting her at ease, so she would feel comfortable. It's tactical.
She’s giving her leads and suggestions. The more suggestions you TAKE and apply to your story the guiltier you sound If your telling the true story you would correct the suggestions they led you with cause they don’t fit into your memory.

Actually, Charles had tried to arrange an intervention for Lori. Her brother Adam Cox (not Alex, the shooter) was going to help Charles. But Lori's mom & sister ratted him & Adam out to Lori so she was taunting him before his execution. Charles was there to try & protect the children with an intervention for Lori.
She was so concerned with him not getting along with Tylee, all the while she was planning her murder...It doesn;t get any sinister than this.
She had to kill Tyler so that the truth does not come out, just like she killed her brother. No more witnesses

This interview and the other interviews are so infuriating. Lori basically admits that she held Charles phone hostage while tylee and her brother Alex attacked Charles, and pretends that Charles was the bad guy in the situation. AND THE COP BUYS IT. Unbelievable

This was at a time when her family was ratting out Charles & Lori's brother (Adam Cox, I think) who wanted to do an intervention to protect the children & to try to get mental help for Lori. I got this info from reading interviews from that brother.
So she instigated the whole thing by withholding his phone from him and taunting him, setting Alex up to shoot him dead.

The transition from wiping her tears to sitting still and not moving for more than 20 minutes is chilling. It's like she was in some kind of trance. She was probably listening attentively to what Tylee was saying, but man, that is not normal. Tylee's body language shows something completely different: she is very stressed and anxious.
I heard Melanie Gibbs interview with police (which was absolutely insane) talking at one point in her crazy ramblings, that Chad had built Lori a “Portal” in her closet..?? This allowed her to have a special place where she could “sit and communicate with Chad”. That she could speak to him somehow this way..? Wonder if this is what she is doing here? Definitely chilling and so disturbing to watch. I’ve seen a lot of footage of Lori and I will say she almost seems possessed. She is so scary. Her eyes are dead.

When he tried to kill Tammy... he missed again while he was in her driveway while she was standing by her car! Chad had to figure out some other way to kill her himself.
Alex did manage to kill Charles but he used a shot gun at very close range; so close that it was damn near impossible to miss!
Alex was not as proficient with guns as he or Lori liked to think he was. Both of them are legends in their own minds.

I think that’s what the interviewer is trained to do, some of us don’t understand the body of science that goes into psychology plus the experience that these detectives have is so diverse that it would blow your mind! Thank goodness for them because as strong as I think I am, I couldn’t do their job. God Bless them, searching for the truth is true LOVE 💕

A true psychologist/counselor would have asked her what she meant by saying “he was proficient” and “a professional” which would have gotten Lori to think more about the severity of her chosen words and expanded more in depth about what she just said. When the interviewer completely changed the meaning with her own words of “being responsible” (which is not even close to Lori’s statement), she showed her incompetence as an interviewer in this type of situation.

Since she moved him out of that school.
Everyone should change their beneficiary, if you have good brothers or sisters or friends they will make sure your family is taken care of with that money! Never give it directly to someone who knows they are receiving it.

It's called free recall. They start by allowing a person to recall everything they can. It's later that they question and probe the account. Its the best way to get information and set up that person's account and timeline etc which can later be picked apart.

She wanted to see the phone because Charles was in touch with one of her brothers (Adam Cox, I think) who was going to help Charles with an intervention to get mental help for Lori & to protect the children. But Lori's mom & sister were intercepting the texting between Charles & that brother (not Alex, the shooter) & had ratted them out to Lori. So she was exacerbating the situation before executing Charles. She probably pulled the trigger herself. Since he was shot 2x, maybe she did the final shot.

Don't think there was a "fight" as none of them during the interviews can confirm or even recall what exactly was being yelled because it didn't happen. It was planned and most likely both kids were already in the car and Charles didn't see it coming until it was too late. She took his phone after he was shot for her story.
