This video has the basic information about Guidelines and rules given by Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI) for Dog Breeding and Mating.
Sale of dogs without proper licensing and registration under AWB is an offense against the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960. Do not breed dogs unless you are a registered Breeder. Anybody can file a complaint against illegal breeders. It is important and ethical to abide by the rules given under the Act.
