They should be free for those who buys a top of the line set of 4 Falcon shocks which I did.
Yeah, I agree and would argue that due to this design they should be included, if for nothing more than just peace of mind..
@@robertstewart2518 i agree
Awesome 👍
What drill are y’all using?
Nothing for the TJ or other models yet? Any designs for that?
Our TJ Falcon Shocks are on track to be released in January!
TeraFlexSuspensions I will wait to get shocks until January then!
Is this required for the 2.1 series falcons?
It is not required, we offer the shock skid plates to give the serious off-roader that extra peace-of-mind when leaving civilization behind. It will fit any JK Falcon Shock (2.1, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4)
Definitely a must have to if you wheel your jeep a lot or do anything with rocks, I have them on mine and they have save the shocks from hitting boulders. Now just clean them and spray paint them sos they don't rust after just have scratch them.
@@teraflexsuspensions will stock wheels and tires be to close to shock or skid on a sahara 2017
will stock wheels and tires be to close to shock or skid on a sahara 2017
Close to the shocks, NO. Hit on the Skids, yes. The skid plate require a minimum of 4.75" of backspacing to clear. If adding a lift over 2" you will want at least 4.5" of total backspacing.
@@teraflexsuspensions i have a freind wanting to sell me aev wheels they have 5.2 back spacing and +10mm offset will these rub on skid thank you for reply
That is going to put you at around 5.6" of backspacing. You need a minimum of 4.75" or less. You would have to run some wheel adapters to avoid rubbing, otherwise they will not work.
@@teraflexsuspensions or i could get nomad wheels thanks for reply
Spend $ on top of the line equipment for Jeep should come with just my 2 cents
Can I use these to protect my new Falcon 2.1 Shocks??
You can, but since the Monotubes don't extend past the shock mount, they are not normally needed.
@@teraflexsuspensions I was thinking it would add protection to the mount, yes or no?
@@billbraski2452 Yes, they add some protection to the lower shock mount.
