1. Use facewash with Aha-bha/salicylic acid instead of body wash/soap
2. Apply aloe vera gel. If you cant get fresh gel use one that doesn't have artificial color or fragrance.
3. Chemical peel - 30% AHA 2% BHA peeling solution once or twice a month OR 10% AHA 2% BHA.

Hey!! I have been following this routine from last one month and it works for me......my under arms are almost 2-3 shades lighter than what they were earlier...... I had chicken pox all over my face. After 15 days of recovery I started applying fresh aloe vera gel on my face. Along with the pox marks, my acne scars dissappeared in a month. I've experienced that as I started using aloe Vera gel for my underarms it reduces the production of sweat and you smell good.
Hi! So you don’t have to use any deodorant since using aloe Vera gel?
As a healthcare provider, just wanted to let you know the dark underarms are not so much a topical issue. It's a sign of pre- diabetes. Your blood work will not show this but it is known that high insulin levels will cause dark underarms. Keto or paleo diet will help rid this. So while your underarms might be a topical issue (i.e., just at the surface of the skin), others may have an endocrine problem and should correct their diet intake. Hope this helps.

I did consult doctor for this, he mentioned it is first stage of Acanthosis Nigricans , if we want to reduce the dark colour in our underarms we need to reverse insulin resistance, weight loss healthy diet can help

Dark underarms isn't a problem that has a underlying health issue (usually). There's just more melanin there.

Actually , dark underarms or dark skin near folds is a sign of insulin resistance or diabetes.

Yes, it could be a sign of diabetes but that's not always the case. And it looks a bit different.
Thanks, but I got it due to shaving lol. After a certain point my skin started to peel off and that area became so dark and delicate. I was so lazy about that. After that I took good care and now I am back to original color and I feel confident. Just because you got burnt by shaving doesn't mean you got melanin, haha. Just a small piece of story. :)
I use fresh aleovera gel on daily basis at least once. This reduces friction and pigmentation.
Is it extracted from real aloe vera or is it over the counter product??
@@sim2963 its real aleovera (freshly cut as per requirement). A single stem can be used upto 1week. I peel off the green portion(1side) only at the moment of use, after cutting off a small cube from the stem.

Prachi even dermatologist recommend mainly lactic acid and glycolic acid for treating under arm darkness.... Percentage concentration , and till what duration u have to use depends on darkness.(u can use this product from dermaco also).
Im using 7% glycolic acid since 3 days. It really working. I tried many different ways but finally glycolic acid worked for me

Aloe vera gel actually made my skin more clear and clean and also my dark circles....before going to bed apply under your darkcircles...morning wash it off...it really works guys🙂 and for face as well...mix aloevera gel glycerine and Vitamin e capsule fluid...and apply on face and sleep ...👍🏻

I also use aloe vera gel, vitamin e capsule and glycerin mixed together for undereyes dark circles and it did the magic.. My dark circles vanished within 2 months.. Now I use it as my night cream since then..
Yes I used aleo vera gel on my face every night before I go to bed. I lost all pigmentation and black spots on my face. Really helps.

How long did you use it?
Before a year I had the same problem I followed a perfect routine:
1.Personally I don't like any artificial fragrances and perfumes.
2.Removing underarm Hairs regularly.
3.After shaving I'll continue with aloevera gel.(Always moisturize underarms)
4.Usually use green tea water to tone my skin there.
5.Once in a 2 weeks I'll use chemical peels(From The Derma CO);

In the case of green tea i usually apply green tea water at night time . This step improved my skin a lot..!

You actually made a video which I'm currently following.
I use the neutrogena salicylic acid face wash (Dr. Dray also recommend this) And also use pixi glow tonic with 5% glycolic acid. Then put mama earth aloevera gel.

@@sharonviswasaraj23 yes, I use Neutrogena face wash on my face as well on a daily basis. But Pixi glow tonic every 3rd day. Because its exfoliating toner. On a daily basis I use Kama ayurveda rose water as a toner.

Right way to treat underarms without any burns or reoccurring hyperpigmentation is
Night Time:
1. Unfragrance wash
2. tyrosinase inhibitors (2% alpha arbutin from Derma co or The ordinary)
Along with skin soothers like Aloe-Vera
3. Add a fatty moisturiser like Cetraben
Morning Routine:
1. Wash with Unfragrance wash
2. Use a hypoallergenic deodorant ie anti- perspirant ( do not use so called natural deodorants)
That’s it!!

@@priyankabaraily495 I tried quite a few starting from Khadi Natural to Patanjali but over the last few months, I've been using Greenleaf. I think none of the packed ones are 100% pure. And they don't suit everyone. Need to try quite a few brands. Otherwise, using directly from plant is the best if you have an option.

Not bluffing, I got a reaction(acne) after applying aloevera over my face(oily skin). Tested it twice, same result both times.

Aloe vera plant releases this yellow latex acid when it's freshly cut. Which does cause a reaction... Any chance some of it wasn't washed off when you applied?

Fresh aloe vera leaf can't be used directly as the Yellow-ish substance in it can cause severe allergy (I hv experienced on face). Armpit skin is so delicate so that yellow material should be removed first.

Cut lemon into halves and dip in sugar and scrub. Then moisturise with aloe gel of good brand. Scrub only 2 or 3 times a week. It workd for me. Chnges seen within 1 month

Thank You Soo Much for your amazing tips I Hv been trying all different kinds of treatments for my underarms but nothing was working and I tried all of your amazing hacks and instead of salicylic acid face wash I tried the gentle face scrub of Nivea with salicylic acid and hyaluronic acid approx 3-4 times a week and also stopped using roll ons and just applied pure aloe vera gel from the leaf for whole day and even before going to sleep for overnight ,tried Aha Bha Peel from derma co once in 15 days Only and I can clearly see my underarms lightning but the Aha peel is really strong Im using it by diluting but it still gave me tiny rashes and redness its just been A month I hv done this and I can see the difference but altogether your tips are really Working Thanx again for your video !!!!

People... If you have a peeling solution,.. you don't need anything else I swear!
Use the solution, and aloe vera gel if you have. It will work.
Don't invest in a facewash I would suggest.. because peels are stronger and give result in one use itself.. while facewash would take maybe a month to show the same result.

Prachi I’m in very difficult situation. I’m worried about my mom. She had completed breast cancer treatment and still needs to go for checkup to make sure that there is no recurrence and it hasn’t spread . This time it seems that it has spread to the liver and can be treated with medicine. She was in hospital for a week and will be coming to home tomorrow. I’m unable to concentrate on anything . How do I stay positive . Please help.

OMG thank you sooo much the facewash and aloevera really worked. I had tried so many DYI nothing worked. Not only underarms, my elbow and knees also got 3-4 shades lighter. I did it daily for 15-20days. I am still using and m sure soon my knees and elbow too will match skin color.

I also use face wash contains salicylic acid it is very effective for underarms
I actually have an aloe vera plant growing in my front yard and whenever my mom gets a burn, she takes some aloe vera and applies it on the burn for a few days and it usually disappears completely and theres basically no sign that a burn ever existed on that area lol
Aloe Vera pulp that is naturally taken out from stem is very good and works alot even in face all my spots even my chicken pox marks have gone after putting aloe Vera gel

I nver had a dark underarm before but this time i noticed tat it has become very dark, unusually. One reason is i started shaving recently n also use alot of deo roll on to prevent odour n sweat during summers. I stumble upon one video where it says to stop shaving but to trim or pluck instead. And to exfoliate and moisturise with oil or cream at night in place of Deo.
Its just been a couple of days but i cn see some difference in the skin color.

I have ordered the derma co facewash and the peel. I already had the faceshop aloe gel so will use that. I hope this works. I am in bad need of a remedy. My underarms are 7 tones darker than my skin. It's near to black. 😭

Yes Aloe vera gel really reduced my pimple marks those kind of pimple marks that I thought it will remain permanently. I started using it from last lockdown 2020 every day before my bed time. Now the results are so good clear, glowing and pimple free skin.

Did you use aloe vera gel fresh every day or you took out once from the plant and used it for a week... I mean peeling aloe vera every single day sounds so taxing

I have watched your video, this video over and over again just to get the right product available here in Canada. I just started the 1st step using CeraVe facial & exfoliating product and 2nd step is 100% Aloe Vera from Indus Valley product, got my products at Amazon being a busy FT mom and working FT as well. The 3rd step, will have to get it from Sephora at the mall near us one day when I get the time. :-) let's see how many weeks the 1st and 2nd step shows results. I plan to do this twice a day.
Dont apply aloevera gel immediately after cutting from plant.wait and let the yellow toxic liquid to come out of the aloevera leaves

In your previous videos, you suggested us to use "Qraa underarm whitening cream" and this cream gave you the best results. So is it true? Should we buy that cream? Plz ans

It is normal , cause due to hormonal changes during puberty , along with friction. Don't try too hard to change it , since it is closer to your pubic area and is very sensitive. Wear loose fitting and breathable fabric.
Hi dii. I have a question related to shaving and using peel together. I wax my hair if they r of medium length or sometimes use epilator when the length is short. So how to incorporate hair removal and peels together as skin is already sensitive due to peel?? Like how many days we don't use peels before/after wax??? Also do u apply sunscreen while wearing sleevless tops out????

Hi Prachi..even I have dark underarms and most people tell it's because of shaving and some say it's because of waxing. Honestly I've tried both and nothing changes with my underarm darkness. I can see that you have same amount of darkness like mine..so what hair removal method do you use for your underarms?

shaving can irriatte the skin further, leading to harder skin, with more dead skin cells trapped in. Waxing is very safe.
I usually wax/ use an epilator. I use razor mostly just during emergencies.
Whats important is to get the skin cleaned from deep within.
Chemical peels are usually safe, and the ones shown in the video are potent but honestly not dangerous if used as per the instructions. You may consult a dermatologsit to be doubly sure :)
